The staff is kind. The front desk is ladies are nice. In particular really like the guy who did my cleaning and Reuben; they are very gentle when working. However Doctor Tran is not. I've had issues with jaw pain after being treated by Doctor Tran and was prescribed muscle relaxer for TMJ by my doctor. Today i went in for my last 2 fill ins and she left sore on the corner of my lip because she is so rough. I've only seen her three times and always have an issue with pain. I finished my treatment because I had no other option I will not be coming back.

I've been going here for about 2 years and it's been a good experience. Office is always clean, friendly staff, knowledgeable dentists and the hygienists are good too. Also very easy to make or change an appointment.

Friendly dental has an awesome dentist and hygienists (Ruben Ruiz) and a wonderful staff. They are very professional and care about their patients. I've been going to him for over 3 years and has referred several others. We've been to quite a few different offices - this is my favorite. If you are looking for a dentist, please check them out. You won't be disappointed. I promise the staff are awesomeeeeeeee!. I am extremely confident that I am receiving the best care on every visit.

I have a friend who went here and seeing the other reviews this place needs to be sued. They always say theirs a bunch of cavities and do unnecessary drillings and cleanings. Do not go here no matter what. The dentist made my friend cry over a sneeze. A literal sneeze and she got yelled at. She got 8 cavities drilled and turned out they weren't cavities at all and now her nerves in her teeth are damaged and she cant drink hot and cold stuff. She can either live with or have all 8 teeth removed. I pray this place gets shut down and no one has to deal with such awful people who only care about money again.

I have been coming here for a couple of years, everyone is nice, but the schedule leaves alot to be desired. I like to get my cleanings done twice a year. And when I finish one appointment, I book the next one 5 -6 months ahead. I have a crazy work schedule and know dental appointments can fill up quick. So you can imagine my suprise when the day before my appointment I get a call saying my appointment is cancelled because something just came up with another doctor and want to reschedule me 2 months later! I am told that once a month, a pediatric dentist takes over and they arent given their schedule until 2 week before. I ask for a sooner Day, but am informed they are taken. No accommodations can be made. I can't do business like that. So while the people are nice, your time isn't respected.

Experience was the worst possible. Dr Tran does not care if youre feeling pain or not she will say its your fault. She is extremely rough and will make you scream and cry. This is unacceptable..

After reading reviews I feel that I had similar experience and feel compelled to share with other people that are contemplating coming here. I use to come here in the past & had no issues, but that's been 3 years ago. When I booked my apt , they told me even though I had been there in the past that they would have to set me up as a new patient due to it being 3 years. I agreed, not thinking this visit would be much different to the first time I came here. I came in expecting a normal visit, which for me normally went x-rays, cleaning, then dentist comes in.. They did the x-rays, but instead of cleaning my teeth first, Dr Tran (dentist) came in. She's nice & I have no complaints about her at all. The x-ray tech & her both told me how beautiful my teeth were and how well I took care of them. I had no cavities, and mind you I haven't been to dentist in 3 years. I was then waiting for my cleaning (which is main reason I came in for). I was told that the hygienist would come in to examine what kind of cleaning I needed, then I would have to schedule to come in for that. Never have I ever went to dentist & them not clean my teeth while I was there , so I thought that was super weird. Hygienist came in & he was like "well your x-rays show some plaque build up & since it's been a few years we should do an intermediate cleaning to catchup". My gut is automatically telling me this is a $ thing. He then made a comment that usually for that cleaning they numb, but since mine isn't that bad that he can just use topical numbing that would last 20 min. So basically admitting its not that severe.I have never had to be numbed for a cleaning either, so that was a huge red flag for me. Considering I was just praised by the dentist how well I took care of my teeth & had no cavities , but then this guy is suggesting to numb me for a cleaning bc my plaque is so bad? I am not saying I don't have plaque build up bc I know it's been a few years, but a regular cleaning should have been fine. Even the x-ray tech said to him "oh she just needs regular cleaning right", since she just spent the last 15 min looking in my mouth. In my opinion this is strictly him using my 3 year absence as a way to justify I need an upgraded cleaning to get more money. When I went to check out I made sure to ask receptionist if this "intermediate" cleaning was covered 100% by my insurance, which she then states I would have to pay $75+ bc my insurance only covered a normal cleaning. I then ask if can just book for normal cleaning as I don't want to pay for an upgraded cleaning, which she then responds no & I would have to do the cleaning he recommended (shocker). I then tell her I will book my cleaning with someone else. I find it absolutely ridiculous that they won't perform what my insurance covers, it should be my choice if I want to opt in for the "upgrade" that I have to pay out of pocket for. Very disappointed!

I would give no stars I took off work to bring my daughter for an appointment today get here they will not see here because she doesn't have actual insurance card !! I spoke to someone when I made the appointment and was told it's fine get have the insurance number which I did and it's Active and working! Was told it wouldn't be an issue!! But I just took off work to be at this appointment at 8am just to find out that I was told the wrong information! Friendly dental needs to train their staff properly so stuff like this doesn't happen! My daughter is in pain from a toothache and I've tooling off of work just to be told she can't be seen without the card which if I would have known I would got it before today appointment!!! My daughter was Referral from her Pediatric dentist that has sent over all my child information! This unprofessional and waste of my time

Staff at the front desk are really nice and explained my treatment plan thoroughly. They answered my questions and helped me accommodate to my schedule. Dr Tran is amazing and so was her assistant, I am grateful for their help because now I have healthy teeth !
