I am really unhappy with the service that I received today. I came in today for a cleaning and was matched with a very condescending dental hygienist named Shelby. She was very impatient with me from the moment I met with her. This is not my first time here -- whenever I walk in I ask how long I should expect to be here because I have run back to work (I've always been given an estimate - without a problem). When I asked Shelby how long would the process take she immediately started being very condescending saying "Depends how much bacteria you have in your mouth, if you've been flossing I can get you out of here early if not it'll take me a while ." She said this very tensely. I felt really uncomfortable knowing someone that is VISIBLY aggravated is about to clean my mouth. Now I am frightened. I responded and told Shelby "Thank you" Then she began. I felt her hand being overly aggressive (In comparison to my previous cleaning at friendly dental). Now I'm starting to taste blood in my mouth. So I ask Shelby, "Am I bleeding?" She goes on a rant about me having bacteria in my mouth and diagnoses me with gingivitis. I feel absolutely uncomfortable and ask if the previous kind and patient dental hygienist I normally work with is in today. She says "I Don't know- do you need to reschedule? You dont want me to remove the bacteria in your mouth " I responded "that's not what I said...." She responds "You don't want me to do my job and remove the bacteria in your mouth" I responded "Please stop putting words in my mouth. That's not what I said..." She responds "I AM GOING TO RESCHEDULE YOU SINCE YOU DON'T WANT ME TO DO MY JOB AND REMOVE THE BACTERIA IN YOUR MOUTH" Then she walks off to the front desk to tell them to reschedule me. I told the front desk person.... "I didn't ask her to reschedule me... I am just asking for minimal kindness" I don't think this is how paying customers should be treated. Additionally, can a dental hygienist cancel/reschedule my appointment WITHOUT my confirmation/consent? Shelby was extremely unprofessional and condescending. I really hope management will address this behavior.

Had To get a couple of fillings done was very anxious about it but Dr. Webb and her team made me feel very calm and were extremely friendly and empathetic. Dr. Webb is also very gentle and wants to make sure you feel comfortable throughout the process. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience.Dr. Webb was very gentle and thoroughly explained everything as she did my exam.The hygienist (Maddie) was amazing and very kind. The front desk girls were so welcoming and accommodating. The assistants were also extremely nice and knew exactly what they were doing. I wish I could give 10 stars! My teeth feel amazing!

This was by for one of the best experiences I've had at a dentist office. I've previously had issues with other locations so I was hesitant going in. I can't think the staff enough for their professionalism but also how personable they were. I will absolutely be sticking to this location.

Everyone was friendly, just like the company's name suggests :) The procedure went very quickly and Dr. Kelly Webb checked in with me often to ensure I wasn't feeling pain. I definitely recommend Friendly Dental Group!

This place and people are just as per its name, Friendly. The front desk is very kind. They spends time with patient to explain the treatment cost with or without dental insurance. They provides nice treatment summary printouts with the cost. Dr.Mann was very knowledgeable and treated me well. I can't think of any limitations or concerns at this place. Great work!! Thank you.
