Just had another great experience at Friendly Dental. My hygienist , Ji, was so thorough that she removed some stains I have had for years on my front teeth! All in time for my son's wedding. I had to miss an appointment earlier in the week, so the scheduler, Pam, found another time this week so I could have it all complete. Dr. Patel offered his good advise as usual. He even remembered my upcoming big event! Earlier this year, Invisalign therapy with them gave me back an effective bite. I am very pleased with the entire team at this practice. Debbie Bream

i'm the type to judge based off a first call, and let me tell you this place is not it. id had a dental emergency earlier in the day and didn't have the resources to see a dentist right away, once i got home, i called asking if they'd be able to talk a walk-in (this was around 4). the lady i spoke to gave me an attitude, didn't offer any alternative (making an appointment, asking what was wrong, she didn't even look at what the schedule was at the time or give me a reason) when she said no, and when i sounded disappointed and thanked her anyway, she said "alright bye" rudely and hung up without another word. i'm sure this place has a lot of good employees, but you don't want someone like that speaking to potential customers. so if you're looking for a friendly dental place; maybe don't go to friendly dental.

I switched dentist and this is the best decision I have made, the team is great, the place is clean, everyone is very professional, Dr. Patel is awesome, good job, waiting time is zero, Savannah and Maria take care of you in a very professional and friendly way, explain everything before procedure and during procedures takes their time to make sure you are ok, I will definitely go back, and make appointments for my whole family, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED PLACE, GREAT JOB EVERYONE!!!!!

Their office kept cancelling appointments on me, because of employee vacations, or scheduling me on days they are closed. This happened 3 times since January. They told me the wrong date when they rescheduled the last time. Then the receptionist denied that this ever happened when I went in. Probably trying to save face with other employees in earshot? Avoid this office unless your boss is very understanding with time off requests changing repeatedly. They are a mess. I will be going elsewhere from now on.

My son had two appointments that needed to be rescheduled, after we had already arrived to the appointment. I decided to go to a different dentist and asked for dental records to be faxed over repeatedly and some how they never got faxed over. Very unprofessional office, I am convinced these reviews have to be fake.

I was searching for a dental office that accepted Medicaid that didn't have horror stories as reviews and thankfully came across friendly dental of matthews the front desk staff was super sweet and helpful from entering my insurance to helping me with the paperwork. The hygienist was really sweet got all my X-rays done and the dentist was thorough and came up with a plan to get my cleaning back on track. I look forward to my dental journey at this practice and highly recommend.

I've been going to Friendly Dental Galleria in Matthews for 7 years now. They're always very polite and professional. I never feel pressured to do anything I don't feel that I really need. My dental hygienist Jennifer was very nice and did an amazing job! She also gave me some good tips on how to do a better job cleaning my teeth at home. I would highly recommend Friendly Dental if you're looking for a new dentist.
