I just received a "friendly" reminder for my follow-up appointment next month. The manager was pleasant to speak with and very professional, which is much appreciated. I had to change my appt to fit into my busy work schedule and she made it very easy to adjust dates and times. Thank you Friendly Dental Group for hiring such great talent- it makes a huge difference.

This place is great. I been to three other Friendly Dental in the Charlotte area and this is by the far the best location. The staff is very nice and knowledgeable. I was given 1on 1 time and the doctor explained everything with details. I didn't feel rushed at all. I felt like they actually wanted my business and wanted to help. I am looking forward to my next appointment.

I had a tooth that was bothering me for what seems like ages. I couldn't eat on that side without feeling the pain, it was beginning to become super sensitive and effect my speech. I took a visit to Friendly Dental where they live up to their name because they were just that: friendly, professional and quick! It was all smiles from the moment I walked in the door. They didn't question my option or try to get extra money out of me like a previous dentist facility I visited. Excellent customer service here! Glad I found them.
