I was in town for an event and chipped my tooth, they were able to get me in and fixed up. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating

I went there due to a crown that had come off. It was supposedly cemented back in as a "temporary", and I was given an estimate ($683 out of pocket) for replacing with a new crown at a later date. The crown that was "glued" back on lasted only 5 hours before it came off! The next day I went to the dentist I had been seeing in Charlotte, and he PERMANENTLY reattached my old crown, stating that there was no reason for making another crown. Since moving to Concord, I was hoping for a local dentist, but I will now continue with the one I had in Charlotte.

The whole staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable about procedures and insurance coverages. They are fast at getting appointments scheduled in a timely manner as well as very little wait time in the office. The dentist is also very friendly and does amazing work. Wendy is my favorite she is very attentive to the patients needs, friendly and knows where to guide you if there is something they cannot do in office. I would recommend this office to anyone. I am a recently new patient and they have done a fabulous job at getting my oral health back to where it needs to be. Very happy with my experience here.

Always a good experience at Friendly Dental. Especially appreciate them going the extra mile to see me today, as I had a work conflict & was late arriving. I know they can't always see you anyway, but I truly feel that they put forth the extra effort to when possible.

I'm usually very anxious at the dentist but this group of people make you feel so comfortable. Friendly perfectly describes them. From the front desk staff, Edgar, the dental hygienist to Dr Allen, they were all very personable and professional. They also worked me in quickly on a Friday for an emergent situation as a first time patient. I could not be more pleased with a dental office. They are awesome!

So my teeth have been neglected for many years due to my severe anxiety to the dentist. With that being said my teeth have broken and I don't smile or take pictures because of how my teeth look. Well so decided that I had to get them fixed as I have kids and a husband and want to have memories. It was decided that all my teeth needed to come out and I needed to get a top and bottom denture. When I got to friendly dentist I was so nervous and anxious until head tech Emily came in the room. She was so patient,nice and knowledgeable. Emily took her time and walked me through the steps of what we would do to prepare me for the dentures, Ashe help me pick the shape and color of the teeth. She then fixed the dentures several times until it was perfect in my mouth and I had no pain at all. This is the first time I'm smiling in years. Emily and staff are awesome

DO NOT GO I JUST AM GOING TO SHARE THE STORY MY MOM TOLD ME ABOUT THIS DENTIST.. so I was around five or four I can't remember my mom told me that they were cleaning my brothers teeth and fixing them and I was told while it happens they had the tool in the back of his throat causing him to throw up

I had such a great cleaning at the Concord Mills location. Sheila is awesome! Top of the line equipment - xrays were hassle free. Everything is super transparent including the billing. Client service is also great. When asking a lot of questions everyone from front desk to the dentist was excellent. We are very excited to have found them as a family.

Such a great friendly staff! Wendy and Pamilla were very welcoming. Dr Trivedi and the hygienist took their time with my children and made them feel very comfortable. Highly recommend this office
