My mom was a patient here she is 76 and prepaid for her dentures the office is now refusing to see her we have contacted the office manager several times about getting the money back all she does is gives us the runaround and never gets back to us about anything I hate that these places take advantage of the elderly on limited income

At first I liked them but my second appointment seemed rushed and my last one I left bleeding from getting my tooth filled. Half my top gum was ripped and when the numbness wear off I was in pain for a few hours. The dentist also messed with my root canal tooth that are now sensitive, it was not in the description of my fillings that they were to be messed with because now my teeth has been hurting ever since. I canceled my appointment because I was not coming back. The person that scheduled the appointment she never told me when I was coming in I had to ask and she said in a snotty voice July 29th, but yeah will not be back and searching for a new dentist.

I have an emergency, but after driving 45 minutes, finding a parking spot, once I actually found the dentist mixed in with Walmart and a whole strip mall, or 3...I was 13 minutes late and was told that I had to reschedule... I can't even eat due the jaw pain...but as anywhere else,it's all about the money & not the patients..

Worse experience ever since day 1!!!! Went in and got X-ray done the first day and 2nd time in was a refill. The lady dentist did my refill and I had to go back in to get my bite adjusted the next day. Well, I don't know what they did to my tooth but I started having tooth pain and went in for them to fix. The lady fixed it and I thought it was ok but got home and was unable to eat on that same side. Called in to get it re-fixed and the guy dentist told me the fill in was done correctly and blamed it on the tooth right next to it (hence, my eating and tooth was fine until they messed with it). Made another appt to get refill fixed on the tooth beside it just to take off work that day and was told to rescheduled after I already got to my appt due to dentists being behind on schedule. Finally went back in for that fill in and it took 45 min until the dentist got to me which the numbing gel have already weared off. Guy dentist went ahead and stuck that long needle in my mouth after I told him I wasn't numb anymore and all he said was, "I know, that's why I'm numbing you" he had to numb me 5 times and all those 5 times I felt the pain puncturing into my muscles in my mouth!!!!! Then when he was done and fixing my bite the assistant huffed and puffed because he had to go in and fix it twice!!! Worst experience ever! Suppose to go back for my 2 crowns on the bottom but I refuse to go back! I rather take the pain and wait for my enrollment period to come back around and go to a different place. This place is horrible! Worst dentists ever!!!! They don't listen to you and they always seem tired and ready to leave. Oh, let's not forget after my appt that day, as I was leaving I saw the dentist jet out to go home too. HORRIBLE!!!!!

If you do not like going to the dentist definitely do not go here. I don't know whom was the dentist or whom was the hygienist but I left without getting anything done except X-rays. I visit my dentist regularly (every 6 months) but had to switch due to working from home. This office told me I needed a deep cleaning which was a lie. The lady who poked my gums trying to make them bleed was very rude and most staff could barely speak English so I didn't know what they were saying. I went for a cleaning and left with poked gums and an attitude. I'm now going to my regular dentist which is an hour from my home but will be worth the trip. Oh and they do not have doors on the rooms so I could hear the patient next to me hurting and moaning in excruciating pain. If you are a new patient they will definitely tell you that you need a deep cleaning. My sister works for NBC so I've asked them to monitor the reviews and maybe send a placebo in there to check it out because something is not right here. I have also contacted the NC Board of Dentistry regarding my visit as it was filmed from my entrance to exit. LOL they are responding saying that I was not a patient and you are right I was a new patient and never came back. I have contacted the Board of Dentistry and will report this fraud response as well. I was also sent x-rays from your office via email from the office manager, Tory so you are clearly the one next to the Walmart. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!!!!

So unprofessional and inconvenient. I showed up to my appointment, due to the fact I was pregnant I was told I couldn't be seen unless I had a referral from my doctor. Anyone with common sense would have told me this information over the phone when I scheduled my appointment, therefore I could be prepared. I was told to call my doctor and have them send the letter so I can then be seen. Waste of time!

I do not recommend! Not only did I read reviews about this front desk staff name Giselle. I experienced first hand the disrespect and unprofessionalism of the this person. She called the police because she was rude and got that in return. I will never go back there

Absolutely HORRIBLE and frustrating experience!! My 12 year old child came in for what was supposed to be a root canal, Dr Williams made the decision to try to save it and did a filling instead, as soon as he was finished my child started experiencing pain, I took him back to the office not even an hour after leaving only for Dr Williams to confirm he did need a root canal but that their office DOES NOT do root canals and referred me to a different office that didn't have appointments available for 3 MONTHS! meanwhile my child is in extreme pain, the dr recommended "salt water rinses" and over the counter tylon & ibuprofen which did NOTHING, I called back multiple times in the course of over a week and told them my child was in extreme pain they prescribed antibiotics which again DID NOTHING to relieve my child's pain who at this point could not eat or sleep properly. My child had NO pain before this procedure was done they put him through pain and suffering and didn't care to do anything about it I DO NOT recommend anyone coming here since it seems they care more about the insurance money than what's best for their patients!

Great place for basic needs, cleaning and exam, I needed one filling, and needed 4 old fillings replaced, on my second visit had to fix mistake from first trip, couldn't finish on second and now requires third. Had to ask for filling rough areas to be fixed causing one of the fillings to pop out, and had to ask to have my bite fixed, where the assistant did the work!!! Never schedule any work for weekend! Staff is always changing, so even if you find a dentist you like, if they are a dentist, no guarantee they will be there next time. Great place to see if you have a problem and for a emergency, but if you need any real dental work go else where, there is a reason they are more than half the price!!

Last week I had such an amazing visit with Friendly Dental. I scheduled a route cleaning and was greeted by the very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk upon arrival. They answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease during my first visit at a new facility. I was so impressed with their knowledge of services and eagerness to make sure I was comfortable. Freindly Dental is very lucky to have such great employees at their front desk, as well as knowledgeable and thorough doctors who made everything a breeze. I would reccomend them to anyone. I called and asked if they took payment plans, front desk receptionist Giselle said no I said okay thank you and hung up. I go to their website and saw they offered a discount plan, called back and asked if they had a discount plan, front desk receptionist said yes. I then asked why she didn't say that, she said it's because I didn't asked. I educated her that if a potential new patient who doesn't have insurance is calling asking about payment plans you then should tell them everything you offer to help that patient. She was very rude arguing back and forth with me and was highly unprofessional. I told her I wasn't dealing with her and asked if they had other locations she then said with an attitude they had locations all over. I called the concord mills location and had better service with the front desk receptionist there. Do yourself a favor and go there. I will be calling Monday and asking to speak to the manager to report her.
