This dentist's skill is poor, sometimes his work needs to be redone, also Jeff Shu's morality has problems, When he learned a family husband sudden passed away with heart attack, he told the wife never bring son to see him for dental treatment anymore, although the little boy had seen Shu for dental care since infant, now the boy is in middle school, Shu is afraid that the family lost dental insurance, can not offered to pay him. Although Shu's X ray equipment is behind, it scares little kids and make them traumatized.

I have been a patient of Dr. Shu for 25 years. He is a perfectionist in his field and he always insures that a procedure is done exactly right. I know it doesn't come any better than that! I consider in choosing medical/dental facilities is the desk staff along with assistants. They were all incredibly nice and very polite. I love this place.

Service and treatment received are always the highest standard. Great staff, great office, great care, great dentist. Most of all, they really understood and I highly recommend to anyone need for a dentist.

I've been going here since 2009. At the time, I was living on the Chelmsford-Lowell line so it was very convient for me. Then I kept moving around and eventually moved out of Massachusetts (I live in Londonderry..no where near Chelmsford). I enjoy going here. I never have to wait in the waiting room. Dr. Shu is always professional and makes me laugh (which takes away the anxiety of going to the dentist). I've only had my teeth cleaned here and no big procedures (like cavity fillings) but I have never had to have those big procedures done either. I recommend this place!

DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!!! Dr. Shu's is friendly, but work is absolutely AWFUL!! All of the procedures I had done here needed to be re-done by a competent dentist. It cost me over $3,500 to fix everything he did. When they showed my the X-rays of the fillings he put in I was appalled, and one of them required a root canal because he did not fill the tooth properly. PLEASE save yourself the time, money, and pain and go to a dentist who knows what they are doing. I tried to give Zero stars but it would not allow me to do so.
