I am a patient but not for much longer. I had an appointment and the staff comes in after 9:10 and my appointment is 9:00 and I don't get called until 9:15. I am real frustrated and they don't seem to care

I hav been seeing Maurits who cleans my teeth and does X-rays when needed and he's amazing! He does a great job and doesn't take to long so definitely a win win situation! I would highly recommend him to anyone and recommend Dr Friends Office. I saw the other Dentist today and she seemed to be a very nice lady! They are all so nice in the office and so helpful! My grandma and I are very satisfied with there office!! I always recommend them when people ask for a adult dentist on any groups I'm part of on facebook! Thank you for helping us keep out teeth clean!

They are the best! Only place I trust with my teeth and my family! Thank you for always taking the absolute best care of me. I myself am in the medical field and this is the only dental practice I completely feel comfortable with. Again thank you :)

Was with Dr Friend for many years. When he had his own practice the staff was personal, friendly, and patient. Since the practice turned into usmile dental center the staff turned away from patient care and has become a service of getting patients in and out, lack of professionalism, long hold times, misplaced appointments etc. Since covid their bio fee went from $5.00 to $15.00 per visit. Sadly not many good dentists accept dmo plans. I have had enough. Made a change and looking forward to a new dental practice.

Absolutely great dentist! Cares very much for his patients and does an excellent job. He's friendly, personable, and able to positively connect with patients. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist.

Dr Friend is a great dentist. He has been my dentist for over ten years. The staff is very professional. Great office.

Have used this office previously with no issues. Today I tried to schedule an appointment for a cleaning. The woman with whom I was speaking stated that I would have to get x-rays to get my teeth cleaned. I advised her that I wanted to opt out of the x-rays. She insisted that I could not get my teeth cleaned without x-rays. Of course I insisted that I should be able to opt out of the x-rays but she remained adamant. I cannot express how very disappointed I was that she was trying to extort money out of me to get my teeth cleaned. I told her that I would get another dentist and she was totally fine with that. Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced.

I normally do not like going to the dentist, who does. This place is fast, clean, and all of the staff is friendly. I highly recommend!

Dr. Zeig is amazing! She's patient and kind as I have anxiety when it comes to the dentist. I also had a great cleaning. I highly recommend Dr. Zeig.

I made an emergency appointment at Dr. Friends dental office and he examined my teeth because I had terrible pain all weekend and he told me that I need a root canal and that he could do it today so I won't be in pain I went to the front desk gave them my insurance and they had the wrong insurance and they called and they said that it doesn't cover a crown it just covers the root canal which isn't so, because I called them after that. At that time Dr friend office told me he cant take me he's so busy that I would have to go home and I carried on and told them I cannot leave like this I need somebody to help me I'm in terrific pain I'm a senior I can't take it so I told him and I carried on and they said oh I just had a cancellation for 4:15 okay I said that's good I said I called the insurance now and it does cover the crown the girl at the front desk does not know what she's doing she's a kid they have inexperienced help there he probably doesn't want to pay for experience help like other dental offices have anyway I called at 4:15 and tell them I'm coming in and they told me not to come in I have collusion I said what I have collusion because I gave them to insurance companies but the other insurance company never called back so I'm using my health insurance dental and they pay for everything no problem they told me they can't take me it's collusion I said what do you mean by collusion i am only using One Insurance I'm not using 2 and we cant take you it's collusion, and they left me hanging with pain I could have went to another dentist by then I think this office is very unprofessional and I am going to report this to the Dental Society and Better Business Bureau I am very unhappy with this office they're very unprofessional, that they let a senior person walk around with pain. If it wasn't for the leading me on I could have had an appointment with another dentist tomorrow. I think you should stay away from this office. They are completely mixed up and they have a bunch of kids working there.He probably don't want to pay a professional person what they demand. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE OFFICE.

I went to see about a tooth ache that I was experiencing. After Xray, I was informed that the tooth would need a root canal. Dr. Friend performed the root canal that day and prescribed an medication to prevent any infection. I returned the following day as I was experiencing just as much pain as prior to the root canal. Another xray was taken and pain medication (hydrocodone) was prescribed. On the third day, I was feeling better as the pain medication was working. On the forth day now, all seemed normal as i needed no pain medication. Now, five days later, (friday), I'm back to experiencing pain again. I called the office at 1pm only to find that the office was closed. The message said that if it were a dental emergency to dial another number. I called and left a voice mail on Dr. Friends voicemail with no reply. I have had root canals before and never experienced being in pain or discomfort for any more than a day or two. This has been a very bad experience.

Doctor Friend, is awesome, he gave me my smile back, about 8 years ago and they are still strong. Dr. Friend stands behind his name, he is truly a doctor that makes you feel confident, a doctor that makes you feel good about getting your teeth worked on. For years I was so fearful of dentist, I had a dramatic experience, so to find a great dentist that you feel good about is a dream come true.I had my cleaning today by Hanseen , she did such a great job, no pain.

Amazing cleaning at this location! Couldn't be happier with the service. A special thank you to Haneen for my teeth cleaning! For someone who isn't a big fan of the dentist she made the experience easy and painless. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be back in the future.

The front office is not helpful. In fact they responded rudely few times. It is not easy to get appointments.
