For most people, achieving a healthy, beautiful smile is the reason for receiving orthodontic care. If you're self-conscious about your smile, correcting your concerns with braces will greatly improve the way you look and feel.

When your treatment is complete, you will have the smile you've always dreamed of and the confidence to show it off! We also want you to feel comfortable and confident throughout your entire orthodontic experience, and our practice is dedicated to making sure that you receive the quality care you deserve.

Orthodontic appliances are made of metal, ceramic, or plastic. They may be removable or they may be brackets bonded to the teeth. By placing a constant, gentle force in a carefully controlled direction, braces slowly move teeth to the proper position.

Gone are the days when a metal band with a bracket was placed around each tooth. You can now choose clear or metal brackets and, in some cases, the color of your appliance. Wires are far less noticeable, and the latest materials are designed to move teeth faster with more comfort. Today, any age is a great age to wear braces!

Treatment time varies and can last between one and three years, depending on several factors including age, treatment method, and how minor or severe your case is. A big factor in a successful treatment is you! The more involved and diligent you are, the more efficient your treatment will be. For children, receiving interceptive or early treatment can also help provide a quicker treatment time.

this is the worst orthodontist, dr friedman. he took my daughters insurance we fought to get braces for my daughter for 3 months and after they approved it the doctor told me all of a sudden they're not taking united health care no more because he saw how much the insurance wants to pay and he wants the $6,500 and now my daughter is left in pain and has to start over a 3 month process and he could have excepted the insurance because it was approved but money is more important to him. horrible how he treated my daughter, taking them to court.

Dr Friedman comes highly recommended. His pleasant smile and respectful demeanor is everything you could want in an orthodontist. My daughter had the best experience. He is gentle and caring. It is a pleasure to come to every appointment.

Dr Friedman denied my daughters acceptance letter from insurance company after they themselves submitted it when they saw how much insurance would pay , after 3 months of waiting and getting approval my daughter was patiently waiting , she is in a lot of pain because she has an impacted tooth and nowhere for it to go that is why the urgency of the braces he knows that and after receiving the approval instead of thinking of my daughter he smdeniedbit because he usually gets 6500.00 is the quote without insurance that most people pay, it all came down to integrity he could of said I will honor this last approval from insurance company but he decided to deny it because of he wanted more money, says a lot about him and this practice, now my daughter has to find another dentist who will accept the insurance offer and it will take another 3 months for submission and is still in pain, shame Dr. Friedman shame!!!!
