I graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine with my Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, magna cum laude, in 1999. I continued on to receive my Certificate in Orthodontics from Columbia University in 2002. In 2007, Iwas Board Certified by the American Board of Orthodontics.

I attend annual meetings of the American Association of Orthodontists and continuing education lectures once a month at the local dental society meetings. I also have subscriptions to numerous orthodontic journals to ensure I am up to date on all the newest research and technology in my field.

Recognizing the confidence that comes from a healthy and beautiful smile, Dr. Aronson takes great pride in the lifelong impact he has on his patients. In addition to providing personalized orthodontic treatment and excellent care, he enjoys getting to know his patients and their families as an active member of the Waterbury and Southbury communities.

Dr. Aronson is Board Certified by the American Board of Orthodontics, a distinction that less than 30% of orthodontists have obtained, and holds several U.S. patents for dental and orthodontic innovations.

Staying current with research and technology in orthodontics is very important to Dr. Aronson. He reads the latest professional journals to stay on top of the newest technology in braces treatments, and participated in the Invisalign Intensive Fellowship, which equipped him to be among the top Invisalign providers in the country. He has also done considerable research into the relationship between surgical orthodontic treatment and sleep disordered breathing. Dr. Aronson regularly attends dental and orthodontic educational lectures and takes part in the annual meetings of the American Association of Orthodontists.
