Dr. Friedman and his Techs are wonderful. However, my family and I will no longer return due to his rude front office staff and billing. If you have more than one insurance don't bother coming to this dentistry. Apparently it's not their job to contact the insurance companies to collect their fees. Also, if you don't pay the bill and have insurance reimburse you then they will threaten to send you to collections. I've been going here for at least 6 years and it's been an issue every time. However this last time I felt that they were more worried about getting their money then truly caring for their patients. I was advised I could no longer come back until the bill was paid (which would be covered by insurance) so they were canceling my following week appointment. It's sad the office staff is the reason for us finding alternative care.

I can't share enough how amazing Dr. Friedman and his staff are. They go above and beyond to help their patients. I have a friend who I referred his family to the office. My friend was notified that he is losing his job in a week and thus losing his benefits. His daughter went in for an exam as she was having pain. He was told she would most likely have to have a root canal. Since he was losing his benefits, we shared that with them and they moved another appointment around just help him out so benefits would cover it. The same patient was told by another dentist that she would need 10 fillings-Dr. Friedman only performed two. I totally trust Dr. Jody, his advice and his skill. He will not perform unnecessary procedures. The gals in the office are all fantastic. You just don't find that anymore. Thanks so much to you all for what you have done. I appreciate you all so very much.

I was a patient of Dr. Friedman's for nine years before moving out of state. However, the experience and quality of care that I became accustomed to at Friedman Family & Cosmetic Dentistry is the benchmark that I've measured all dental clinics against since -- and most have fallen short. Whether dental emergencies, routine cleanings and dental surgery, I experienced all with Dr. Friedman and staff and the quality and professionalism was always top notch. In fact, I continue to refer people to his practice even though I haven't lived in Indiana for several years. Want further proof of their patient-first approach? I called last week for notes from a 2010 visit and without fuss they pulled my record and shared the info my current dentist needed. Seriously, you can't find a better dental clinic in Indiana!

I went to a consult with Dr. Friedman for a gray tooth and he confirmed they were dead. (Not unexpected as I already had a history of dental issues and 2 implants from 15 years ago). He discussed in detail a plan to replace with implants and fix my old implants that weren't great. He uses high tech equipment, has a great staff, and he is very patient and kind. The before and after image speaks for itself, but you can tell he does a great job! My whole family now goes there for dental care. Highly recommend!

Friedman Family Dentistry is a superb office. The staff are friendly and helpful. They listen to you and make sure to fully listen to your concerns. His office has up to date dental equipment. I've moved from the area and tried 2 different dentist who claimed I had a mouthful of dentistry issues. Dr Friedman looked over the other dentist proposal and addressed every issue. As he so politely stated I have mature teeth, they are showing wear and tear, but they don't all need to be crowned. Some dental offices are pushing procedures to make a sale. Thankfully Dr Friedman does not follow that prodigal. I will gladly make the hour plus drive to visit Dr Friedman's office. If you are on the north side of Indy, look no further this is the dentist for you and your family.

First dentist that really gave me confidence. I needed a dental implant and am so happy to have found Dr. Friedman. Went in for the first step of the implant today. Dr. Friedman got me numb with no pain and very minimal pain during the procedure. My mouth is not swollen or bleeding and everything feels great 12 hours after the surgery.

This was my first visit to the Friedman Family Dentistry. The staff was friendly and accomodating. I found everyone including Dr. Friedman to be knowledgeable. I did go in with a concern and felt the issue was resolved without unnecessary recommended procedures. I do plan to go back for follow up visits.
