I had a surgery in 2018 that was painful for 4 years until the procedure was finally redone this past March 2022. The office cancelled several of my appointments last minute and even upon my arrival refused to honor appointments that were confirmed and scheduled. Most recently after I had my surgical procedure redone in March I had temporaries that are supposed to heal for 3 months before they are replaced with permanents. After waiting 4 months for my appt that was scheduled for July 13 they called me today, the day before my scheduled appointment to cancel and moved it out to August 3 which will be over 2 months after I'm supposed to get my permanent implants in. Has anyone else had this happen to them at this office? Does this sound normal to anyone else?

Dr. Friedman is like my uncle, so maybe thats why i liked him so much. Quick and easy crown and less than 2 hours of recovery. Feeling lucky to have such a reliable dentist within 15 min drive. Never no if something else like this pops up and I would go straight there!

If you have to deal with Christine the coordinator, and she doesn't like you she will make your life miserable. Please don't waste your time.! This company promises they are so advanced but then when it comes to actually doing the work. They can't!.

Friedman Dental/OneSolution Is the best thing that's ever happened to me other than my wife! They are the most outstanding friendly and professional bunch of people you could ask for when dealing with some thing that is so personal. From the moment I got my consultation I knew I had made the right choice in choosing One Solution for my new smile. Everyone is very friendly and make you feel so comfortable from the moment you walk through the door. Having a problem with your teeth is embarrassing and not something that's easy to talk about. There has not been one moment that I have felt anything other than completely comfortable on my journey towards my new smile. I am only in my second week of my journey and I'm so excited about getting to my end result. The doctors make sure that you know exactly how everything is going to work and what to expect right down to every last detail. Their office staff all make you feel like you've know them all your life! Surgical assistant Farley was so comforting to not only me but to my wife as well, keeping her completely informed through my entire procedure. I could go on and on as I cannot say enough good about Friedman dental group and my experience thus far. I would absolutely recommend this group of professionals hands down above any other out there.

Exceptional!!! So happy with the results so far and with the entire office. Everyone is super professional and nice. Dr Anthony Gragg is wonderful!!!! He's a perfectionist, in a good way, always seeking the best result, but still mindful of the costs. Other folks is the office, Sylvia, my cleaning hygienist knew her stuff and knew what not to mess with on my initial visit. And Ken did an incredible job matching my complicated tooth color with gorgeous custom work done right there, so I got to leave with more teeth than I came in with. lol. I'm getting the works here; Implants, crowns and root canals, It's a process, but it's time to replace 20 year plus old work. I'm just thrilled I get to maintain my great smile while I go through it!

Getting full mouth implants is a journey. Fortunately there was some one there to hold my hand along the way. Everyone is so professional and compassionate. They are always there to answer any questions. My only regret is having a million dollar smile but have to wear a mask . I am so happy to have done this.

I would like to express how happy I am in coming to Friedman Dental, I have been wearing dentures for many years and it was the worst experience ever, I would take out my denture as soon as I got home and would not put them back in until I was going to leave the house again. One day I saw an Internet advertisement for One solutions Dental Implant Centers,teeth in one day. I decided to go in with my Son to get some understanding and to see if I was a candidate for this procedure. This was a wonderful experience from that first day with all the Doctors and the staff, they were kind and treated me with the upmost professionalism that I feel should be done. I decided with my Son to have the procedure done, I can only say this was the best decision I have made in many many years, the Doctors and staff was the best the procedure was perfect and I looked like a new person. I would like to assure you if you have the same situation as I had and looking for another alternative, please check out One Solution Dental Implant Centers, I can assure you that you will totally agree with me.....they are wonderful.

From the moment I step in this office five months ago until today November 5, 2019 this has been a absolute pleasant and lovely experience at my final day I had the pleasure of having Dr.Gragg, Dr.Eberle, Daphnee A and Farley to assist me.. the finishing touch makes me want to tell everyone to come to Friedman of Plantation of one solution.. truly professional and kind
