During my recent visit to the Miami office of the Friedman Dental Group, I encountered the highest levels of courtesy and proficiency from the staff. The experience was the same on previous visits. The Friedman Dental Group is a welcome addition and professional service provider to the rejuvenated area that contains modern condo towers, several major hotel chains, the Adrienne Arscht Center complex, the Miami-Dade County Public School System's main offices, and chic dining and retail establishments.

I went to this practice twice already, the dentist did not see me, was not there per the staff. I don't understand how this practice works. I used to go to the practice that was there before and the dentist always saw me. So far, 2 visits, no dentist. Only the hygienist. But they did take X-rays. I really don't understand and I am disappointed.

Dr. Omar is very thorough and patient when reviewing all his findings with me. Felicia is amazing and her cleanings are painless. Lead assistant Jackie is the glue that keeps the office Running smoothly.

Staff/Team are always professional , timely and considerate. Also they keep me aware of whats happening next and they don't "hurt'" me!

Very good dental cleanings but probably the main reason for me to come to this practice. It is however one of those clinics that I feel they try to sell or propose to one more procedures than those that are truly necessary and that is why I always get a second opinion with other dentists for those. Honestly, I don't fully trust them but it is a decent clinic and the few minor procedures I have gone through, were well done. I choose them because of my convenient location

Dr. Vincent Avallone is an amazing dentist. He explains everything step by step. He is very patient and very knowledgeable about the treatment options. He is a wonderful doctor and I highly recommend him. The staff at this location are awesome. Geraldine has been very helpful answering my insurance coverage questions, she is very familiar with my dental plan and this has been helpful to me. She has also been very helpful in scheduling my appointments. I as well would like to recognize Jackie for her great work as a dental assistant. I highly recommend getting your dental services at this location.

Marvelous, marvelous, pretty darn nice! What took over from Dr. Cogan's is dentistry and service that certainly doesn't pale to the already high level so many were accustomed to. Initially wary of change and dubious of anything different it's easy to trust all (Geraldine et al. at front desk, Jake-Jackie et al. as nurse practitioners... ..). This group of professionals consider not only your teeth unique and noteworthy.

Friedman Dental Group is the best, so happy I found them! The dental hygienists do amazing cleanings, gentle and thorough. The dentist did a phenomenal job on my filling, painless and easy. Highly recommend this office. Location is great too, easy parking and they validate your valet ticket.

A breath of fresh air in the dental industry and customer service! New patient. Was given the most amount of time and care a patient could ever want from Dr. Omar. Thorough explanation of results, planned procedure, gauging comfort level, providing humor, and class A intellect. Team was honest about procedure cost and did not push any additional procedures other than being recommendations that you decide on your own.

My wife and have been patients with the previous management and DR Cogan ( 4 years). Experienced the upmost high end and personable service. On my last visit the front desk at first insisted and led me to believe that x-rays once a year are mandatory and not a choice which is incorrect. Secondly insisted to charge a full comprehensive examination price which was not request nor required and doubled the price since last year. When request a partial limited examination which normally is half the price only reduced $10. to conclude no clear examination prices and fear sales tactics. Unfortunately the new management have lost their personal touch, increased, doubled prices . Honestly felt like service at bad auto service shop when you have no idea what they will charge you.
