Dr. Eli Friedman graduated from the prestigious Tufts University in Boston, MA in 1998 and continued his education at Nova Southeastern University, where he received his post-graduate certification in prosthodontics. During his time at Nova, he placed thousands of implants; including early and immediate loading with a focus on full mouth reconstruction. Upon graduating, he was appointed Chief Resident of Prosthodontics. His passion to provide patients with life-changing results in one day was the catalyst in building one of the most highly specialized Dental Implant Centers in the United States. OneSolution Dental Implant Centers was created with the mission of providing patients with full mouth reconstructive dentistry in only one day by using the highest quality materials, technology, and specialized providers in the industry.
The combination of his six years in private practice and his three-year residency in prosthodontics made him one-of-a-kind in his field. In 2006, he lectured and presented extensively on dental implants case presentation and was appointed teaching assignments at the University. Having over 20 years of experience, he is regularly invited to lecture at many local and national dental organizations. Dr. Eli Friedman is married to Dr. Katia Friedman, together they are co-owners of OneSolution Dental Implant Centers and Friedman Dental Group. Dr. Eli lectures nationwide and is a fellow of the Academy of Osseointegration, affiliated with the American Dental Association, and the American College of Prosthodontists.
Dr. Katia Friedman graduated with honors in 2000 in Montreal, Canada and she has practiced in South Florida since 2004. Dr. Katia designed OneSolution Dental Implant Centers to provide a comfortable spa-like dental experience. The comforts offered are known to relax even the most anxious patients; including those suffering from dental phobias. Today, OneSolution offers patients a life-changing experience by safely providing teeth in one day during a comfort-focused procedure; this is inclusive of a surgical team that hold hands and a private recovery suite where patients peacefully awaken with their new smile.

Everyone at Friedman Dental was wonderful - especially Dr. Vincent. He could not have been more kind or patient with me. I've known Martha for years and she was great as well. My entire experience at your office (which could have been terrible with all the work they had to do on me) turned out to be a walk in the park and everyone was just terrific to me.

My experience with Friedman Dental Group in Delray has been very upsetting. I went to Dr Avallone at Friedman Dental Group in Delray. I was told that I needed to have an old filling in an upper molar replaced. That the tooth was breaking down and it had to be built up, filling replaced and capped. If not, the tooth might break and I'd need a root canal or extraction.The dental hygienist told me my gums had deep pockets and I needed deep scale cleaning. The whole job would be 3200.00. I then went to a highly recommended and experienced dentist who I knew had more reasonable prices. He told me that the molar was fine and didn't need to have anything done. And my gums were in good shape as well and I scheduled a regular cleaning in a few months. I am disappointed in Delray dental office and Dr Avallone. The scaling would have been uncomfortable and the whole restoration expensive. I hope patients who go there get a second opinion.

If you're looking for a new dentist, Dr. Avallone should be your first choice! I had two cavities filled and he was extremely gentle with his care -- I didn't even need numbing! My bite is very sensitive and he was so patient with me throughout the fillings. The office staff we're also extremely kind and attentive. I will definitely be going here from now on. Thank you!

Dr. Avallone is incredible and Friedman dental is a great dental practice. I was recommended to Friedman dental from a friend and I've gone in twice for a cleaning and cavity filling - both times I've had a pleasant experience! Janissa, my hygienist was also fantastic! 10/10 would recommend this practice!

This practice is excellent .............starting with Martha, the office manger to the dental hygenist, the dentist and the oral surgeon. They have been responsive, excellent in their practices, caring and professional. New to the Florida area, I have been very happy with them.

Great service as always.. I've been going to this office over 20 years. Dr. Fisher will always have a place in my heart. The Friedman Group are doing a great job and I'm glad I stayed with them.. shout out to my favorite dental hygienist Janice . And of course the best front office manager Martha.. 10 s for you and ur excellent costumer service

I came in as an emergency visit because I had sensitivity on a tooth. Martha was so kind to fit me in as soon as possible. I met Dr. Avalone for the first time and Jorge his assistant, they really made me feel at ease. My issue just happened to be a chipped filling that he fixed right then and there, making it so I did not have to come back. The whole process was smooth, painless and quick . Dr. Avalone is fantastic. He is kind compassionate and his dental skills in crafting 4 new crowns for me was amazing!! His assistant Jorge is very competent and general. Martha runs the front desk. She goes above and beyond to help with appointments insurance and emergency needs. Janeesa is a perfectionist with her dental cleanings!
