At Fretty Orthodontics, we want to enhance the smiles of children, teenagers and adults with expert orthodontics, but we are especially interested in helping all of our patients feel at home! Each member of our treatment team is a registered assistant, and our office staff has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. Our service is unmatched by anyone! Dr. Kim Hutto Fretty was born and raised in East Texas. From an early age, she enjoyed spending time in the orthodontic office with her father, Dr. Charles Hutto. She has always wanted to be an orthodontist! Dr. Fretty received her undergraduate degree in Biology from Baylor University and her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from Texas A&M University Baylor College of Dentistry. Following dental school, she completed a three year orthodontic residency program at Baylor College of Dentistry and received a Master of Science in Oral Biology and a specialty Certificate in Orthodontics.
Dr. Fretty met her husband, Casey, while attending Baylor University. They were married in 2008. During her free time, Dr. Fretty can be found trying to keep up with her three precious boys, Hudson, Luke, and Davis . They definitely keep her on her toes!

We are new to orthodontics and the team at Hutto has so far been absolutely amazing. My daughter went in so nervous, but within 10 minutes, she was laughing and smiling. They make you feel important and the atmosphere is so fun! I absolutely recommend this place to anyone old or new to the world of braces.

Very expensive and unable to work with us for the braces, after we just spent 3000$ on the expander process. Very frustrating.

My 8 year old daughter as well as myself have been going to Hutto for 2 years. Everything started out great the atmosphere was welcoming just as the workers there. It wasn't until it was almost time for me to get my braces off did I start to have issues with Dr. Hutto and his daughter. They begin to speak at me and not to me as if I am a child Dr. Hutto went as far as to tell me to be quiet when I voiced that he was being a little rough while checking my braces once he finished checking them he told his assistant to re tie me but not like before I had rubber bands twisted and placed in a way I've never seen before I felt that it was intentional pain inflicted. I have pictures of before and after my mouth swollen. May I remind you that none of that was necessary as I was in the last stage to have them removed. I will not be a returning customer as I've stated my daughter and myself have used them but my other two children will go elsewhere for treatment. I DO NOT recommend!

Such an amazing experience here! The staff is kind and easy to work with and Dr. Fretty is great! I have twin girls and they are already feeling more confident about their smiles! I would encourage anyone to go see them. Whenever we have had any issues, they work with our schedule and get us in to be seen quickly. Thankful to have a great office taking care of my kiddos!

We LOVE Hutto Fretty Orthodontics! Dr. Fretty and her staff have taken the best care of my 8 year old son with his expander and braces! Everyone is always so professional, honest, nice and accommodating. They came highly recommended to us by many people and Dr. Fretty has far exceeded our expectations!

Dr. Fretty and the entire staff at Hutto Orthodontics are super friendly and easy to work with. My daughter was nervous at first but Dr. Fretty and Staff made her feel so comfortable and she looks forward to going back each time. We couldn't ask for a better orthodontic experience. Best orthodontic office in East Texas! I have two children who Dr. Hutto and Dr. Fretty treated with orthodontic care. We have been most pleased with Hutto Fretty Orthodontics. The results were amazing for both of my children, and my daughter's was a complicated case. We would recommend their orthodontic office to any person needing orthodontics. Great prices! Great service! Great atmosphere!

Dr. Fretty is the best! She has take care of my twin daughters and will likely take care of my third one day. My kids don't get nervous about going to the orthodontist because they know "Dr. Kim" will take great care of them.
