So been here twice in two days, was in yesterday for a root canal and had to go back in today for a touch-up. I will say overall my experience with them has been one of the best experiences I've had with dentist and I'm someone who does not like going to the dentist but what I can appreciate is the friendly staff and with how quickly they want to get on top of problems. I was suffering and in pain and they helped to alleviate it both times and I cannot thank them enough.

Great Dentist but was told at end of my first appointment for replacing acap had to pay 25% of my deductible I played it all $491, three months later when I received my responsibility it was $175 they had the over payment for a month and never called me I think they were trying to get away with it !!!

It had been over a year since I had been to a dentist office, mostly because of fear of pain. I knew I needed at least 2 extractions and a root canal. So pain was definitely on my mind. I visited Pro Dental and honestly... I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH MY VISIT. From a ranking of 1-10 for pain , i honestly would say a 1. Dr.Le and his Assistant Corrine are so gentle and caring... they explained the whole process and provided a detail quote before proceeding. REMEMBER I CAME IN FEARING THE PAIN OF A ROOT CANAL PROCEDURE, well I got it done that same day! And I couldnt be happier with finding this office.

They always listened to me, and understand my needs. This is especially important when needing a large number of injections to numb my mouth before a procedure. Previous dentists tendtended to ignore me in this, and have ended up needing to inject me again further on in the procedure. It is also helpful that they have a flat screen TV to distract patients during these procedures.

Was nervous about going to the dentist but i was very happy with the service and treatment I received. Dr. Nguyen was very gentle and thoroughly explained all procedures. All the girls at the front desk were very friendly and explained all costs and insurance coverage. I left feeling very satisfied. Would definitely recommend.

I had an great experience at Fresno pro dental. The doctor is the sweetest and she's very knowledgeable about what care and route to take for your teeth. The staff is very kind and helpful. The office is very clean. I love how they keep they're instruments that they use for your teeth In a sterile package vs exposed. They also provide affordable prices. It's not about money to them. I will continue to keep coming back to Fresno pro dental
