We all lost a great friend when Dr. Willard passed away, but we are truly honored to get to carry on the legacy that he established in this community and beyond. None of us would be on the journey that we are on in life if it werent for his support and motivation. We will miss him dearly and strive to carry on the legacy that he built and honor him through lots of laughter and hard work.
Dr. Willard began his start-up dental practice in 1986 and since grew a warm and welcoming practice where patients are considered friends and are treated like guests in his home. He and his staff have always strived to serve patients in the Denver/Boulder, Colorado area with the utmost care, respect, honest, integrity, and value. They have worked each day to make the dental healthcare experience one their patients can look forward to.
His personalized service and professionalism are what made him a rare gem in the dental industry, and was the reason so many people chose him as their dentist because of the care he brought to his work and his dental family.
I grew up in Westminster and found an interest in dentistry when I was a young kid watching my dentist, Dr Willard. I would spend hours every summer shadowing him and his staff, the same staff that I now get to work with today. This office always seemed like they were having so much fun that it never seemed like work when I was here. At the age of 13 I decided this was the job for me. I attended Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska for my Bachelors Degree in Biology and returned to the Creighton University School of Dentistry for my Doctorate of Dental Surgery. After graduation my wife and I moved to Fargo, ND where we practiced for three years.
I enjoy an energetic environment and engaging with our patients. I also believe itis important to be part of the community that we will be serving. I have worked at avolunteer dental clinic in dental school and in North Dakota. While in school, I had theopportunity to spend six weeks in the Dominican Republic working in villages treatingpatients and teaching good oral hygiene.
I grew up in Edmore, North Dakota a small rural town in the Northeast part of the state. I completed my undergraduate education at the University of Jamestown in Jamestown, North Dakota, with a major in Biology and minor in Chemistry in 2011. While there, I had the opportunity to shadow and work in dental offices and enjoyed the fun and challenging environment. I attended dental school at Creighton University School of Dentistry, where I earned my Doctorate of Dental Surgery. I was recognized for the American Student Dental Association Award of Excellence during my final year there and graduated in May of 2016.
I enjoy getting to know my patients and their families while also getting to take care of theiroral health. I have had the opportunity to take care of patients of all ages and patients withanxieties and fears. Dentistry is such a fun career and I look forward to sharing my passionfor dentistry with my new Colorado community.
I was born and raised in Colorado, and grew up only a few miles away from where we practice today. I have been a dental assistant for 39 years, 25 of those years I worked beside Dr. Chris Willard, he was my best friend. I love my work, my patients and my coworkers, I truly believe we are one big happy family.
I grew up in Kansas but have lived in Colorado for 23 years. I attended University of Missouri Kansas City Dental Hygiene School and have been a Registered Dental Hygienist for 26 years. I have worked in Westminster with Dr. Willard for 23 years. Many people in life go to work, I consider this my playground with my friends and patients. We have a very fun environment here.
I grew up in a small town outside of Alamosa, CO called La Jara. I went to hygiene school at the University of New Mexico and I have been a dental hygienist for 24 years. I have worked in Westminster with Dr. Willard for 11 years and look forward to working many years with Dr. Thomas and Dr. Stacey.
I have been married to my husband Adam for 20 years and have oneson, Connor, and one daughter, Emily. I love being outside and enjoy allaspects of Colorado, in the summer my favorite activity is playing sand volleyball with myfriends.
I grew up in Lakewood, and have called Colorado my home my entire life. I have been in dentistry for 15 years and have a little bit of knowledge in all aspects of the field. The first 12 years I was an assistant, that is what brought me to the Fresh Start office part time. When our office manager retired, I was asked if I would want to take over her role in the practice. I loved working here and wanted to be able to come here everyday so I said yes to this new opportunity. I have been office manager for the last three years and I am so lucky to be able to work with people I see as my family.
In June of 2017 I married my husband Steve. I have a son named Aidan who loves to keep me busy. We love music and the outdoors. I live ten minutes from Red Rocks and love to go there to run the stairs.
