I enjoyed my first experience at Fresh Leaf Dental. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and informative. I was told many of the same things I was told at other dental offices, but I felt like they helped me understand better why future dental work is necessary. I feel that I can trust this dentist to treat me carefully and skillfully.

Good afternoon, I have officially retired on my birthday in June. I want to share my experience at the office. I have been in dentistry fir over 35 years. Was at Fresh Leaf Dental for 7 years of which the last 2 yrs were with Dr. Pai and Dr. Bhatt as they were taking over fir Dr. Amer. As far as I know Dr. Amer remained for a transition period to smooth the transition. Dr. Pai and Dr. Bhatt intended on opening more hours and days and renovations with more high technology, also keeping the holistic aporoach to dentistry. Dr. Lam and Dr. Nguyen are long standing holistic physicians in the area. I want let you know that am still helping behind the scenes to transition the patients. As I was on a leave for a short time. Abby and the staff are still there to help with any questions during the transition. The past 24 months of growth with Dr. Pai and Dr. Bhatt have shown exceptional attention to detail and growth. I have witnessed their approach, hand skills and I can truly say they aim to deliver what they promise. They also understand the value of patients money and respect rhe extended warranty policy. I have been with them through all the Covid ups and downs. I know them to be kind, patient and very knowledgable. I did appreciate working with them. I continue to reccomend family and friends to them. If you ever have a concern I encourage you to call. I trust them both and vouch for them. My family and I are still going to them. I do understand that the transition happened very quicky. I was there to personally tell the patients but I was ready to retire or at least thought I was. So now after a short break, l am helping behind the scenes as I respect and believe in them and will continue to do so remotely as possible.

The staff at Fresh Leaf Dental are beyond amazing! Recently had an appointment there & the staff made me feel very welcome & right at home. They were courteous, helpful & were able to attend to me in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend to anyone to have their dental work done here!

I was very impressed with the dental office. I purchased a Groupon for a cleaning, x-ray and exam. They use a device to take 3d pictures of teeth and gums and extremely helpful for dentist to show you what's going on with your teeth This was the most informative dental visit ever and the hygienist who did the cleaning was excellent as well as the dentist.

I had been going here for over 3 years with Dr Amer. Out of the blue, they changed the entire staff without informing anyone. One develops a relationship with the Dr and staff, not the company or the office. You cannot expect one coming back for routine clean-up and everyone you knew being gone. That's not the way how you do business, I am sorry. Where are Estelle and Dr Amer? More recently, I called cancelling my appointment short notice due to a out of town emergency and all they said was: "For future reference we require 48h notice". They did not wished everything was well, when I clearly noted it was an emergency that led me to cancel my appointment with short notice. This is not the way you build trust with your patrons, especially after such a large change. I will be looking for a new dental office.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Muresan a holistic doctor she actually did my teeth cleaning and it was amazing. The doctor and Abby were so sweet because I get so anxious they had alot of patience with me. The doctor explain everything step-by-step and even recommended A water Flosser and explain the benefits. Monica was also very helpful as I was checking out Im looking forward to receiving my future dental treatments at this dental office.

Dr. Muresan and her staff are very very good! My appointment was on time, and they completed all the work they promised, and worked very hard with multiple people helping do my procedures. Abby was especially helpful with doing x-rays for me, which I really dislike. She made it a breeze! They were very cost effective also. You will enjoy the people working here, and the professional work that is done by them. They will be my new dental office from now on!

They asked $50 just to "email" the dental x-ray file to us. They sell Groupons but display negative attitude towards patients using Groupons vs others. Long wait time for an appointment and long wait time in their office during the appointment.

I recently called for Zoom Whitening and Estelle helped me schedule an appointment. She advised me to get a teeth cleaning first for Zoom to be most effective. On my appointment day I was treated by Vanessa who started with a cancer screening. The teeth cleaning was a super gentle. Right after, Dr. Amer came in for an exam and found a few concern areas. After which my Zoom whitening began in a separate room. The ambience was very comfortable and cozy. I even got a fresh blanket. I was in the chair for an hour and the assistant - Abby - was checking in on me every few minutes. I also received post treatment care and gels to maintain my bright white smile. Thank you to Fresh Leaf Dental staff for being so awesome with me. I am so happy with their service.

Extremely happy with my crowns Dr.Nevein Amer did. Such a great job I definitely recommend her. My friends and family couldn't even notice the the difference.Shade is perfect matches all my other teeth color so natural.

Amazing Dental office, staff will go out of there way to make you feel comfortable in anyway. My hygienist Vanessa made my mouth feel extremely cleaned. I Definitely recommend this office.
