This was my first visit and I'm more than satisfied with my experience. I sent in an appointment request in the morning and right away, I was schedule an appointment for the same day. Kaila was so kind and made my transition from my old practice so easy. My hygienist Kylie was super knowledgeable and told me things I didn't even know were happening with my teeth. Dr. Shin was super friendly and thorough with her exam. Overall, I was very impressed with the staff and services at Fresh Dental. I look forward to coming back in 6 months!

From the first phone conversation with Kayla (receptionist) to entering Fresh Dental Group's office, I felt relaxed and hopeful that my needs would be met. Treatment is ongoing, so am still testing the waters.

Very pleased with this practice! I needed an emergency molar extraction. Due to pain I did not want to wait til Monday. After calling around, I finally heard, Can you come right now? Blessed words to my ears! Professional, caring folks. Highly recommend and will return.

This was my very first time at Fresh Dental Group. My visit was for a cleaning and dental exam. Sandy was the individual who did an amazing job on my teeth. She took her time and was extremely detailed throughout the entire process. She was very professional with a wonderful personality. Dr. Shin looked me over for my exam. She brought some areas to my attention and carefully explained what are the best options. I was more than pleased with the way I was treated by the staff at this office. Everyone is very friendly and they take care of you as though they've known you for many years. I'll definitely be back.

This was my first visit and I love the Customer Service. The staff was friendly they made you feel comfortable. The environment is nice, everything was really clean which was a major plus to me. Dr. Shin was very knowledgeable about what was going on in my mouth, she was great explaining anything I didn't understand. I look forward to coming back here for my treatment plan.

My visit at Fresh Dental today deserves a 5 star rating. The facility is very modern and the staff is extremely friendly. My hygienist, Sandy, was very thorough and professional. This dental practice is most outstanding and I am happy that Fresh Dental has expanded to the Maple Lawn area.

My son was a New Patient. He had a problem with his wisdom tooth that needed to be checked out. We were able to get a same day appointment. My son really liked Dr. Shin. She explained to us what was going on with his tooth and answered all of our questions and concerns. We would definitely go back in the future.
