My daughter is close to finishing her braces treatment here. Every time I come to an appointment (doesn't matter what I'm coming in for) it takes me over 3 hours to be seen. I feel like my time is not taken into account. Many of us work and this is truly disrespectful to your patients time. The back office staff is friendly but front office staff are completely rude and dismissive. You ask a question and they act like they are doing you a favor answering your questions and appear bothered by your concerns. I'm beyond disappointed of this place. Once my daughter completes her treatment I plan to not come back again. Today my appointment was at 2:30 pm, I got here 15 minutes earlier. It is now 5:30 pm and I'm still sitting here. Location is the only good thing for this place. I'm so ready to not return.

I was very dissapointed, the staff here ARE not kid at all and it it took forever to get into the appointment for my child, I had to wait 1 hour or more, very dissapointed, I DO NOT RECCOMEND

Front staff is VERY RUDE and not professional. They need to be trained in better customer service skills. Made an appointment and after repeated attempts of telling the staff of my insurance they still pushed us with cash prices. Finally got them to take my insurance and said they would call back after it was verified. A week went by and no call. I called to follow up and whoever answered the phone was beyond rude, continued to cut me off as I tried to explain the reason for my call. I asked if I'd be presented with an opportunity to speak then I heard a sigh with "well what do you want, why did you call" after being told the clinic had verified insurance the day after original appointment and forgot to call. Worst experience ever as a first time patient there. I definitely will be looking for somewhere else for sure!

This place is terrible I had to wait more then an hour for your appointment and the front employees are not nice the nurses are some what rude and the doctors are not nice at all they always have a mean look and are rude they don't even try to be nice AT ALL and the nurses some are nice so needless to say I won't be back neither my whole entire family we have changed to a better dentist because this place is NOT A PLACE FOR FAMILYS.

Bad experience. Bad customer service . I Was there a couple weeks ago . They took forever to get us in and once we were in a room to get our cleaning they took another 2 hours and once the dentist came in to give us a cleaning it was just one . She just left the suction hanging in my mouth it sucked my uvula twice I had to pull it out since she wasn't paying attention that she was hurting me. She was in a rush as if we weren't there waiting for hours . I had gone with my sister and she used the same suction for the both of us she didn't bother changing anything. Unsanitary, bad service. First & last time visiting.
