Worst customer service ever!!! Do not recommend. They definitely tell you up front it's "this total" with everything included. Then, add more and tell you it's "this amount more to finish the service". I would put 0 stars if i could. They need to explain procedures cost and total better and that cost should not change!!!

Scammers paid 6k for braces and they did Horrible job, they removed them in less than 2 years saying that the doctor was going to retire came back 6 months later doctor was still there. My teeth aren't even straight and they just want your money

Georgee and Dr. Diaz have been very attentive and professional. I needed a lot of dental work to be done, cavities, extractions, fillings etc. I was impressed with the painless procedures, I am happy with assistance and really recommend this place.

The office is clean they just take an hour after your appointment to get to you, no one called my mother or me back in regards to our insurance and when my mother went in for her 2nd appointment it took them an hour and a half to let her know they did not accept her insurance! Yeah the Bellaire group needs to get organized and communicate with each other in regards how long an appointment for a certain case will take to avoid over booking patients.

Came on time to my appointment. And they didn't respect my space have 30 minutes since they put the anesthesia and the Doctor still working on someone else and I'm here stuck waiting for my turn they should respect the patient time and space always be more professional guys.

First. I took my daughter here since I recently moved from Katy to Houston we had a different dentist and my family comes here so I assumed I should give them try. What a mistake I get there for my appt & they told me that I needed to change my dentist info to them they informed that very moment no Courtesy call or nothing. So I had to cancel my appointment I left and found another location. Truly happy at the other place than this location. Second. My mom takes my siblings here I in general dislike the place it has broken walls it's sad and dark when you go inside and the kids are looks dark & no light no fun activity nothing is boring. I brought my siblings in for there appointments and was automatically told since I am not the adult/ parent I am unable to take them to they're appointment because of Medicaid reason as a medical receptionist in the medical field and someone who usually takes them to there appointments if my mom is unable to I have never heard of such a thing? Which I believe it's false information. I even told the lady at the front it's important for them to get there teeth checked is it okay if I call my mom and she gives authorized over the phone she kept stating no Medicaid wouldn't allow it. Which I don't understand what Medicaid has to do with any of this????? The whole thing was just crazy and dumb. Very ghetto place anyways it's not child friendly good luck!!! & find another location somewhere else.

took my daughter here for braces. I was told my initial payment included the retainers, but they later on said no costing me $300. Even though they initially promised the retainers were included. Also one time they showed a video of gum removal procedure/ surgery to all the patients in the braces room thing.which was very graphic and bloody. in order to shame the teens that had gum inflammation. like just tell them what they need to do right and not show them this graphic stuff. oh and my daughter has left 5 TIMES WITH NICKS ON HER LIP. since the tech or dentist tools slipped and cut a bit of her lip

My sister got her braces here. And she has been coming for a while now. One day we came and we were in the waiting room for HOURS. Every time she had come to get a cleaning they wouldn't let her because the head of household wasnt there (she works and has to provide for her family, she obviously cant take off of work most times) so they told her to come back and rescheduled. This happened on multiple occasions and they would never see her to get her cleaning done. She would go with my father and they still would not see her. Whenever she had an appointment they wasted her time because the orthodontist was NOT THERE! They rescheduled her on multiple occasions. So unprofessional. The day we FINALLY were able to get her in we were in the waiting room for a long time. I was able to bring her in for a cleaning and to get her braces checked, they said my mother had to be there, EVEN THOUGH SHE COULD NOT TAKE OFF OF WORK. I am of legal age and they could have seen her. They also had the nerve to tell us they couldn't continue to work on her for her braces becayse she hasnt been "taking care of them" but literally every single time we came they rescheduled her appointment or her orthodontist was literally never there. They then had the nerve to not let us know that the orthodontist had moved locations. This place is very unprofessional and they do not care about their patients. This place needs to be shut down.

I have spent 2 hours just in waiting area. As a new patient I have got a x-ray in 45 minutes after appointment time, after that they said I need wait. They have made treatment plan in 40-45 minutes after the x-ray. Total time was 3 hours, it was only x-ray and treatment plan, they did not do even cleaning on that appointment. The doctors and assistants are professionals, but the management is unprofessional at all. I would not recommend to come if you are new patient. Be prepare to spent 1 hour before call in and more than 2-3 hours if new patient or just look around for another dentist who is mo organized.
