Dr. Khurram Lalani and his team at Fresh 32 Family Dentistry are on a mission to create a friendly and welcoming environment for patients who want high-quality dentistry and a stress-free dental experience.

Dr. Lalani graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 2016 with his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree. He chose dentistry as a profession because of his desire to help members of the Mesquite community get interested and involved in their oral health. He also loves working with his hands and enjoys the mental and physical challenges and the fact that, in dentistry, no two days are ever the same.
Dr. Lalanis favorite thing about being a dentist is the ability to positively impact the health and overall well-being of patients. He enjoys educating them on the best methods to obtain and maintain a healthy smile, empowering them to make confident and informed decisions about treatment. Dr. Lalani believes the privilege of practicing dentistry comes with the understanding that the relationship between a dentist and a patient is a partnership that requires trust and open communication.
Laly is our Dental Assistant here at Fresh32. She chose dentistry because she loves seeing patients smile and helping boost people's confidence. Her goal is to make sure all of our patients are comfortable during their visit. She loves to build a great connection with each patient that comes into our office and does her best to make them feel safe and appreciated at each visit. Laly graduated from North Mesquite High School in 2017 and became a Registered Dental Assistant in 2020. She has plans to continue to grow and learn in the field of dentistry, and is currently studying while working. Lalys favorite things to do are working out and traveling!
Lisette is part of our Front Office here at Fresh32. Playing many roles, she can help you with insurance, scheduling, treatment planning or dental questions. She has been in dentistry since 2017, working in both the dental office and in the dental insurance field. She enjoys welcoming patients with a warm smile and making their visit a pleasant and happy experience. Building a relationship with our patients and helping them get the care they need is her goal. She strives to go above and beyond to make sure our patients always have a wonderful experience. Outside the office, Lisette enjoys organizing, spending time with family outdoors, trying out new restaurants, and cheering on the Texas Rangers!

If I could give them 10 stars I would. The staff, techs and Dr. Khurram Lalani was absolutely amazing with my daughter's exam. Everyone made her feel comfortable and relaxed and was super patient. Thank you so much. Looking forward to the next 6 month appt.

Amazing dentist! The cleaning was gentle and the treatment plan was agreeable and conservative...nothing overboard just because insurance is paying. My husband referred me and I am referring you all!

The doctor and staff were knowledgeable & so patient with my little one! She has never liked the dentist and loved coming here. I appreciate the so much! They even worked with us when we had to reschedule! Great service!

I was so impressed at how friendly and welcoming the staff is here. The vibe and the advance and up to date tools and cameras was nice. I was so comfortable and Dr Lahani was very thorough and patient and answered all my questions. Looking forward to coming back in 6 months.

I felt very comfortable since my first visit here. Dr. Lalani's professionalism and knowledge have made me feel at ease in every check up or visit. I like the way things are explained to me and love how everyone in his office is very friendly and courteous. Booking my appointments also is very convenient for me since they always try to accommodate my times after my work shift. For all that, he is my favorite dentist, out of the ones I had in the past. I'm glad I found him! I highly recommend him.
