Both of my children go here and they're amazing! The doctors and hygienists are just wonderful with kids My 8 year old was quite nervous because she needs a bit of work done and they made her feel so much better. My youngest is 3 and she can't wait to go back to the dentist!

I have tried contacting this office on numerous occasions and never have anyone answer the phone. I was instructed to leave a message with my contact information to get a call back - this never happened. Must be too busy to give the courtesy of a call back to a prospective new client... I'll take my business elsewhere.

My boyfriend just had his wisdom teeth out and it's been about a week after the surgery. He tried talking to the dentist about how much pain he's in and they just gave him a syringe. He's still in an extreme amount of pain and nobody will listen to him. "This is the absolute worst dentistry I've ever been to."

Worst dentist I've ever been to in my life an absolute zoo I lost my business last year had to use access insurance don't know if that's the reason why I was treated like a dog Nicole the teeth cleaner literally was so rough with my gums and wouldn't even let me rinse after I was done rush me out of there so fast wouldn't even answer a question for me I should turn this office into the dental association Do not go here find somewhere else to treat you like you're a person and not cattle

My son was referred here by UPMC for a root canal. We got to the appointment 20 minutes early and filled out the paperwork. Then we waited an hour and still he was not seen. Meanwhile, at least 15 other people were called in that hadn't even finished their paperwork. I will never recommend this place to ANYONE!!

So far dental work has been good ( getting a partial ) but their bookkeeping and billing leaves room for improvement. My advise get and keep copies of all services done.

My only current issue is every single time I call I get a voice message! No one picks up the phone and do they easterly call you back... other than that not bad for picky going there once so far!

This is the worst dental office I have ever had the experience in working with or as a patient. I came into the office for X-rays and to be set up for a root canal work. They performed the x-rays, then set an appointment. I was called back by them a few times to reschedule because their Dr. Who could perform the work was unable to do it because of a medical issue. I was patient and told them I understood. I then set an appointment in late June. I went in fully expecting a Root Canal only to Be told by the dentist (as he sat down in the chair where I was already prepped and waiting mind you) at the time "oh I don't do these, you'll have to come back when our dentist who is qualified for these can do it." They set the appointment for July 14, I was called today to be told that the doctor who was supposed to do this all along couldn't do it, but they could refer me out! Awful awful service, POOR communication and an even worse run office here. Don't go here for dental work. I've never in my life seen such an insufficient and poorly run medical facility.

I was going to make an appt here, but the staff does not answer the phone and when I went into the office they had nothing but Political B.S. on their T.V. Here is some advice for your office...answer your phone and try to remember that in your place of business, POLITICS, should never be put on or discussed, because people have different beliefs and I believe I will never go to this office again!!!

Julius did some extractions last Tuesday. Pain persisted and there was a visible gap in the gums on Friday so we called and explained that it felt like some jagged piece was still in there. He dismissed it as part of her jawbone and that was that,no questions or solutions offered. That piece of "jawbone" just came out and the pain is clearing up. Maybe listen to your patients when they voice a concern. We won't be back.

Surgery went extremely well. Everyone was great and had very good bedside manner. SABRINA in the office is one of the most ignorant people I have ever encountered in a medical/peofessional setting. If you can get past her poor attitude, rubber neck bobble head and foul mouth, the staff in the back are awesome.

They were good at doing work. But I already confirmed my appointment and now they're saying that we didn't confirm it and now they won't do my teeth

Another place that over schedules to make money, resulting in long wait times and quick procedures. Denture process takes a year thru them. Would not recommend unless you just need a simple extraction. Other than that go elsewhere.

I love this place but it is so hard to get anyone to answer the phone when you call. I've called 6 different times on different days and each time it goes to voicemail. They just do not answer the phone. I love the staff and the dentist but it's so hard when you can't even communicate with them.

I am very happy with my experience here. I didn't feel any pain and I barely had any pain afterwards either. It was the best dental experience I've ever had. Everyone was very nice. Amazing!

I have no idea why these reviews aren't 5 stars across the board, maybe because people just don't like going to the Dentist. The other reason might be that other Dentists have operated in this same location, and they didn't compare in quality of care and service that French Creek Dental Group. Why are they so good? Because they get right down to business and really zero in on what you need, like it's important to them. Might sound funny, but this wasn't the case with past Dentists at this location. I've had wisdom teeth pulled and deep cleanings done at French Creek Dental Group, so even though these are unpleasant procedures, these guys really made it a breeze. They are thorough, caring, and extremely professional. I want to make special mention of Dental Technician Bree. Wow! What an impressive individual. She was friendly, she was very attentive to my comfort and pain levels. Bree is a real delight to work with, every time. She makes an unpleasant procedure pleasant. So PLEASE, if you're thinking you need to see a Dentist in Meadville, but you didn't like the Dentist at the Downtown Mall, give these people a try! By the way, I have no personal connection to this place, I'm leaving a review because I'm impressed, and they deserve your business!

Bree did my initial appointment and she was very excellent and accommodating. I had 7 teeth pulled by Dr Julius. The dr did an excellent job with the extractions and aftercare. I love this place. Go here for all your dental needs.

I've never liked going to the dentist but every person in the building made me feel at ease and so comfortable. The doctors in that office do an amazing job. I had to have all my teeth pulled and have immediate dentures placed and they never once made me feel bad about having that done at a young age. They helped me get my smile back and I would 10/10 recommend this dentist office. I had a wonderful experience. Also the teeth I had placed after extractions were identical to what my teeth used to look like only straighter. You read horror stories of people hating them but I love how they look and feel.
