Dr. Wang has been practicing periodontics for over 30 years. She graduated from Harvard School of Dental Medicine with degrees of Doctor of Dental Medicine, Doctor of Medical Science, and a certificate in periodontology. She also received a Masters in Public Health from Yale University.
Dr. Wang specializes in treating periodontal disease, including conservative non-surgical procedures, conventional surgical treatments, cosmetic plastic surgery, and regenerative and reconstructive surgery. Her practice emphasizes disease prevention, teeth preservation, patient education, and at-home care. Dr. Nelson Liu received his Doctor of Dental Medicine, Cum Laude, from Harvard School of Dental Medicine in 2004 and subsequently received his specialty training in Periodontics and Implantology from UC San Francisco. Dr. Liu is a Board Certified Periodontist and a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. He is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology, California Society of Periodontists, American Dental Association, and California Dental Association.
Dr. Liu was practicing as a periodontist in downtown San Francisco for about three years before joining our practice. Dr. Liu is skilled in all phases of periodontics and implantology including conventional surgical periodontics, periodontal plastic surgery, and comprehensive implant treatment involving single and multiple units, as well as non-surgical modalities to treat periodontal disease. Dr. Liu is committed to providing outstanding patient care and values the relationships he forms with his patients. He is dedicated to achieving optimal treatment with maximum patient comfort.
