Always a great experience. The dentist is never my favorite doctor to see, but Dr. Ortega is the BEST there is. I have sensitivity with the ultrasonic cleaner, and she takes great care to ensure it doesn't hurt. Very friendly and personable staff. Clinic is super clean and always available free parking outside. I moved from Fremont to Oakland, and I still make the trip (even with increased traffic) to see her every 6 months. She is the only dentist I will ever see while I'm in the Bay Area.

I have been seeing Dr. Ortega over 10 years now. She really cares about her patients and goes above and beyond. She is very professional , she genuinely and carefully treats your dental needs. Anna from front desk is always accommodating and very nice. I strongly recommend their care.

Dr. Ortega is the most knowledgeable, experienced and attentive dentist I've seen so far (and I am 70 years old). Her staff is well trained, efficient and friendly. It is always a pleasure visiting her office.
