Dr. Daniel Frehner graduated from Monroe High School and attended UW Madison for undergrad and University of Minnesota for his Dental degree.In 1999 he joined his father's dental practice, purchasing the practice in 2003. Dr. Frehner has been providing dental health care to Monroe and surrounding areas since.Heprides himself in maintaining and restoring his patients SMILES.Dr. Frehnerhas taken the time to select friendly, professionalstaff members that work as a team to provide top-notch quality oral health services to our community.Dr. Frehner is married to Marcie. Dan and Marcie have three children ~ Lily, Charlie, and Max. Outside of the dental practice, Dr. Dan can be seen golfing, boating, fishing, and enjoying time with his family.
Amanda is a lifelong resident from Brodhead, WI after graduating from Brodhead High School she attended Blackhawk Technical program for Dental Assisting and has continued on her dental career ever since. She has been with Dr. Frehner assisting since 2017 and is happy to continue her journey here as an Office Manager. When she's away from work she enjoys spending time with friends, family and her two young children.
Heather joined Frehner Family Dental fulltime in 2018. She obtained her dental hygiene degree in 1995 from MATC of Milwaukee. Her passion in the hygiene career has been educating patients on homecare advise by providing a professional suggestion on a product or tip. She enjoys meeting new patients and providing a comfortable environment when in the dental office. When not working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends. Traveling, boating and enjoying live music are just a few things you'll find her doing. She looks forward to meeting you at the office!
Lisa joined Frehner Family Dental in 2003, and has enjoyed assisting Dr. Frehner since. She is a lifelong resident of Monroe where her husband Tony and herself have raised their children Alex, Angie, and Dylan. In her down time she enjoys spending time with her friends, family and being outdoors.
Morgyn attended the Professional Institute of Dental Assisting in Janesville and has been a dental assistant since 2018. We are happy to have her on our team since 2020. She currently resides in Brodhead, WI where she helps farms with her fianc, Trevor. When she has spare time you may find her with her friends, family and her German Shepherd dog-Turbo.

Time for my 6 month cleaning and check up....Honestly love checking in and bang you are in the chair for the cleaning... no waiting. Michelle the hygienist does an amazing job, and in no time Dr Dan is doing his check up and out he goes. Next appointment is made and out the door you go. Fast and easy..... You have to love that! Thanks for everything Frehner dental.

We recently moved into the area and Dr. Frehner was highly recommended to us by a close friend. After our first visit we have come to agree as we all had an excellent experience! Our family consists of myself, my wife, our 3 year old son and 1 year old daughter. For starters, the facility is laid out very well and is purpose built for comfort! The waiting area is clean and well thought out with both adult and kid size furniture. In the dental work areas, there are large floor to ceiling windows to look outside and let in natural light which avoids the "institutional" atmosphere that closed in cubes with fluorescent lighting produces. From a personal comfort perspective, I have always tended to feel claustrophobic in a dentist's chair. The large windows and natural light really helped to decrease that feeling for me during my first visit. All of the equipment utilized is very up to date and modern. Instant results were obtained from the onsite X-ray imaging equipment with no wait between the scan and the evaluation. Also, the results were displayed on a large screen monitor which was visible to me from where I was sitting in the chair. On the relationship level, the entire team demonstrated an excellent "customer first" attitude. Dr. Frehner, as well as his staff, have mastered the art of conducting themselves as a professionals while showing friendly interest in their patients as individuals. On my first visit I had one filling which took maybe 2-3 minutes to complete but Dr. Frehner and his assistant, Lisa, did such an excellent job of timing their movements in and out of my mouth and communicating each and every step of the way that it felt like a much shorter period of time. Lisa did a great job of handling the initial exam and X-rays in addition to providing support while my tooth was being filled. In addition to Dr. Frehner's excellent work performed personally, his support staff is very friendly while efficiently performing their tasks. My experience with the office was with Kris who handled the scheduling, intake paperwork, and follow up with patience and grace. All of the individuals in this office were very skilled at their jobs and knew how to manage both time and people very well as a team with very smooth handoffs to ensure the necessary tasks were getting done while keeping the process moving along with minimal waiting between activities. My wife and 3 year old son also had the same experience and were also impressed with the same elements outlined above. Our initial impression at this point in time is that this is a first class operation and just like our close friend who recommended that we go in this direction, we also now highly recommend Dr. Frehner and his support team for any dental work you may need to have completed. UPDATE - November 16, 2019 - My initial post above is still true and as Dr. Frehner and his team have gotten to know us the personalized service and attention to detail has simply increased the level of service. This continues to be a first class operation!!! UPDATE - June 7, 2021 - We continue to appreciate the high quality service Dr. Frehner and his team provide. Each person in our family is greeted by name and each staff member takes an interest in us without being nosy. Excellent relationships have been established and maintained. I continue to recommend with zero reservations!

Cant post 0 stars but would post a negative star if I could. Saw Dr for tooth pain of 1 of the front 2 upper teeth and required filling. Dr drilled part of adjacent tooth causing a significant divot and discharged me home as if all was normal. After leaving and numbness resolved it was very obvious the wrong tooth was affected, though they did fix the problem tooth I came for they also screwed up a different one. Called after being home and was told to come back which I did, however now required other tooth needing a filling where one wasnt needed before. Wasnt charged extra, though experience left a bad taste literally and figuratively. Alternate options available in town.

We always feel very well taken care of from the minute we walk in the door and see Sharon at the front desk, to the assistants and Dr Frehner. My son's visit was quick and easy - even with all his inquisitive questions for the assistant ;) We will definitely continue our care with Dr Frehner!
