I was a new patient today. I don't have dental insurance and I had an emergency situation. They were SO kind and helpful. Dr Zack was AMAZING and his sidekick was so sweet and helpful. I have dental anxiety and the two of them made it seem easy. They were simply THE BEST! THANK YOU!

The receptionist they have at the office are very poor with communication. They said it was $450 for cleaning After they cleaned only half my mouth. They wanted to me return for another 450 for the other half. All about money

I always recommend Freeport Family Dentistry to everyone I know. I've been a patient for almost 4 years and I won't go to another dentist. All the staff are super friendly and kind and Dr. Shirley great. If you're looking for a new dentist, call Freeport Family Dentistry. You won't not be disappointed!

I called and spoke to Freeport Family Dentistry LLC this morning in regards to an attempt to cancel an appointment. Keep in mind this was going to be our first time visit to the office. The office sent a message to confirm our appointment from several days ago, my wife responded to their text, twice, that we were unable to make it. Another message came from them today, to confirm appointment" So I called....the conversation went like this. The female receptionist that answered the phone was extremely short, irrational and rude. All she could say, " my system does not show you responded". over and over again. I attempted to have a reasonable conversation with her to work through the miscommunication and that I was sorry her message system did not alert them of us not being able to attend our appointment. She would simply, not let it go, same response, "MY SYSTEM DOES NOT SHOW YOU RESPONDED" I tried to move forward and said, we would be happy to reschedule our appointment. She said, in a condescending voice, "I WILL HAVE TO TALK TO MY DOCTOR AND GET HIS PERMISSION!" Finally I had enough, I said to her, no worries, that if you don't need or want our business, that's fine there are other dentist in the community that would welcome retired military. She just rudely hung up!!

Every day is a blessing! Jesus loves everybody!!! Dr. Justin Shirley is the first dentist that I have known, that my husband really liked, and felt comfortable with. My husband has not been fond of going to the dentist, so I am very thankful that Dr. Justin takes such good care of him. They are so good to my family and I truly thank God for Dr. Justin and his wife. We look forward to our next cleanings with Dr. Justin!! When you take care of your teeth, you will not have big problems. I have really enjoyed going to the dentist since I was a little girl. If you have small children, take them to the dentist early, so they don't have a fear of going for x-rays and cleanings. Give this office a visit, for quality care and warm hospitality. They will take care of your needs. Take care and stay close to Jesus; He loves you SO MUCH!!!

I've been going to Freeport Family Dentistry for 15 years, driving the 30+ minutes from Destin. This place is absolutely worth it! Dr Shirley is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The dental technicians are also great and do thorough exams and cleanings. Truly the only dentist I actually enjoy going to. Great experience every time thanks to Dr. Shirley and the awesome techs!

They have a new mouthguard machine that uses photos instead of molds. It works fantastic. The service is fast, no sending away for the guard. It is made there on the spot with there new equipment. They made the only guard I have been able to use.
