Dr. Sanghani received his Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from Gujarat University in India and his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry at USC in Los Angeles. He also received a Masters degree in Public Administration, Healthcare Management at Fairleigh Dickenson University in New Jersey. He is now licensed in Illinois and specializes in implant placement and general dentistry.
My greatest enjoyment is providing a beautiful smile for our patients with dentures, crowns and surgical implants. Dr. Rushi explains, Many patients may give up for years on how dentistry can improve their appearance and are amazed when they see the results.
Dr. Bares received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry in 2006. Dr. Bares is a native of Freeport, Illinois and a graduate of Freeport High School.
Dr. Bares specializes in all aspects of General Dentistry, including restorative and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Bares is certified in advanced CAD/CAM technology that enables patients to enjoy chairside restorations for all-ceramic crowns in a single visit. He also is trained in Invisalign procedures as an option for straightening teeth.
Dr. Kalafus grew up in Brazil, practicing dentistry there before coming to the United States. She received additional education in RestorativeDentistry at UCLA for two years, and practiced in California before moving to Illinois.
She decided to become a dentist because of her experiences as a patient. As a teen she required lots of orthodontic care, including braces and headgear. The care of the dental team and the difference in how she looked and felt inspired her to do the same for others.
Though Dr. Kalafus is a skilled general dentist, her favorite work is the Restorative Dentistry she learned at UCLA. It is very satisfying to see the result, she says, to help someone look better, feel better, get out of pain, to really touch their heart. She makes an effort to treat every patient like family, listening and taking the time with them to ensure the best care.

Dr. Bares was professional and did a great job. We bought the dental plan for a couple as well. Since it is a relatively new location make sure you go to the right building which I updated on Google. They are also updating equipment in this location bit by bit. Overall great experience.

Dr. Kalafus is funny and makes you feel relaxed during any procedure. The work she does is great; I've gotten one crown and multiple fillings and I feel like a new man. On top of that, the two assistants, Josh and Timber, made it a very friendly environment with their conversational skills.

Freeport Dental has changed my life! I can honestly say that I have never been too impressed by a dentist...today was a whole other story! Dr. Kalafus took her time, treating me as her own family, paying close attention to my front teeth. My smile had the whole office in tears of joy. I never would have thought I would say I love my smile but here I am smiling ear to ear every single second. I highly recommend Freeport Dental, not only because the wonderful work they do but the atmosphere is just so friendly and welcoming. Schedule your next Dental appointment with them! You will be glad you did. Everyone deserves the amazing experience I had at my dentist appointment today. It was like a spa treatment! I am so impressed with the care I received at Freeport Dental on Church Street. I had a time-sensitive issue--they graciously adjusted their schedule to fit my treatment in on the same day as my cleaning. Every single staff member was courteous and professional. Thank you Freeport Dental!

I recently took my 91 year old mother to Freeport Dental on Church st. She becomes very anxious when having to go to the dentist. I had informed the staff of her anxiety and they were very kind and caring during her appointment. She had her teeth cleaned and a back molar repaired. Dr. Nataly Kalafus was excellent in her manner and skill in repairing the tooth. When Mom was finished, she was so happy with her treatment and care from Dr. Kalafus and the entire staff at Freeport Dental. She doesn't want to go anywhere else! Thank you!
