I joined the team in Sept of 2019 and have loved it ever since. I am originally from the Chicago area but moved down to Texas back in 2012. Me and my husband Mike live in Cedar Park. We have 2 doggies, Violet and Ruger. My hobbies include bodybuilding, OCR races, and going out on the trails with my husband and dogs. I worked a Cosmetologist for a few years before going into the dental industry, so I guess you could say Ive always been attracted to the beauty field. I have worked in Dental since 2012 and Ive always had passionfor the Orthodontic side of things especially. I love going the extra mile for our patients and their parents, Im part of a great team and Im excited to see where it takes us.
I joined the amazing Freedom team in July 2020. Originally from El Paso but well established in the Austin area with my Husband and two dogs. We enjoy lots of out door activities like biking, going for runs at the park, swimming, picnicking under the stars and, going to car meets together. When the Texas heat is too much for me, I enjoy shopping, reading, drawing, cooking and my #1 favorite, eating. Since 2013 Ive enjoyed helping others smile in the dental field. I love connecting with everyone and making them feel right at home as we strive for that radiant smile.
I joined the Freedom family in November of 2020. Originally from Arizona then moved to Spokane Washington and lived there for 5 years before moving to the Georgetown area with my husband and two english bulldogs. We enjoy exploring all of what Texas has to offer, swimming,visiting with my husband's family and watching movies with our fur babies. Finished dental school in 2020 and fell in love with everything orthodontics can bring to people. I have always loved helping people and making people feel confident in not only themselves but in their smiles.
I joined the Freedom team January 2022. I'm originally from the Rio Grande Valley but have lived in Austin since 2016. I enjoy camping, hiking, bodybuilding, Muay Thai, & exploring brunch spots with my teenage daughters. I live for dancing & anything outdoorsy, which is a huge reason why I love Austin so much. Prior to working as your Patient Coordinator, I was a teacher & have experience with children of all ages. I'm so excited to use my talents and skills here at Freedom Orthodontics! I'm bilingual - speaking both English and Spanish - so feel free to speak to me in either, or both, haha, and I'd be happy to assist you!

I have been coming here for 3 years and I am on my second child (if you don't count me) and the staff is so polite and Dr. Brendon is very open to questions and very respectful when going over all the details when it comes to any type of braces. The location is well maintained, clean, relaxed and very well organized. They work well with mine and the children's schedules with appointments being available on Saturdays as well. I enjoy coming to Freedom Orthodontics and will recommend them to anyone needing braces or Invisalign.

Did some research and it appeared Freedom Orthodontist was a good option and somewhat closer than others from where I live. So I requested an appointment online. No one ever contacted me back so a few days later I called and they said sorry they never reached out but they were open next weekend and could see me then. I showed up The Saturday of my appointment and they didn't have staff working so couldn't see me. Said they tried to contact me but no one ever reached out by phone or email. When I asked they emailed the wrong email instead of the one that I had provided. They were sorry but still wasted an hour of my Saturday after the week+ I waited.

I had a lot of anxiety around getting braces due to a previous orthodontist experience, so I didn't decide to take the leap of faith until I was in college. And I really am glad that I did it! Dr. Smith and his team were so kind and helpful from beginning to end. It's clear that they care about their patients beyond just the orthodontic work. With this being my final day of my journey with Freedom Orthodontics, I can happily say that I have never been so confident in my smile.

Freedom Orthodontics has been a wonderful experience. The office is clean and inviting. Whenever my son has had issues with his braces they have been quick to help us by telling us something we could do at home or getting us in for an appointment. I also love the customer engagement like contests and customer appreciation.

Dr Brendan Smith and his team have been amazing! The Invisalign product he suggested has worked so incredible well for me. For the first time in my life (50 years) my bottom teeth are straight and I do not have an overbite- thanks to Dr Smith and his excellent team!

My son's dentist (Dr. Good at Leander Dental) referred us to Dr. Smith at Freedom Orthodontics as our 11 year old son has all of his teeth in but some crowding resulting in his canine tooth out of place. Appointment set up was easy and their hours including Saturday made it easy to set up our initial consult. Dr Smith was very friendly and thorough with his explanation of his plan of treatment and explaining why our son would benefit from braces. Agnes (practice manager) was very sweet and explained our payment options as well as answering follow up questions we had. Overall we were pleased with our first time experience here and will likely go ahead with getting our son braces with them. -Solis Family

As I promised to Amy on my last check up , here is her 5 star review. She is amazing, funny, loves to have conversations with patients and makes sure she is doing her job correctly and professional. As for freedom orthodontics Mr.Smith is the best and straight forward the way you have the place looking like reminds me of a gaming tournament event. But the most important part about freedom orthodontics is the family-friendly environment.

As an older adult getting her first braces, this experience was great. Dr. Brendan Smith is very personable and took plenty of time explaining my options. The office staff is very professional and friendly. Agnes, the manager, did a great job explaining the process and helping me find discounts for my payment. And the office itself is very cool! :) I highly recommend Freedom Orthodontics.

My overall experience with Freedom Orthodontist was amazing. The place is well kept, organized and smells great. The employees were all nice and very experienced. They handled all their work and tasks quickly. I came for a new set of retainers in which help and gave me many advices on which to get. Agnes was the one who mainly talked to me and guide me through the whole process. She was so informative and patient with my questions. You can tell she knew her stuff. And throughout the whole process, she made me feel great about getting retainers and comfortable about asking all these questions. End of the day, I would definitely recommend this place. Superb service!
