Dr. Justin Neibauer is highly experienced in dental implants and sedation dentistry. If a tooth is troubling you and needs to be extracted, he can place your implant on the very same day in many cases.

IV sedation is also available, so that you can go to sleep and wake up with new teeth. Its also great for other treatments, such as crowns or wisdom tooth removal. Well be happy to visit with you about your necessary treatments and help you find the best comfort solution available.

Dr. Justin Neibauers early years were spent growing up in Waldorf, Maryland. Later on in life, he traveled with his father to Cameroon, Africa on a mission trip to provide dental services, instilling a desire in him to use dental care to improve the quality of life of the people around him.

He attended Columbia Union College, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. While transitioning into dental school, Dr. Neibauer worked at the National Institutes of Health (NIH), researching salivary gland development. He then went on to graduate at the top of his class from the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry.

Dr. Neibauer has earned continuing education certificates in neuromuscular occlusion, aesthetic inlays and onlays, bonding, CEREC, IV sedation, implant restoration and placement. He is also certified for treatment of minor to moderate orthodontic problems and is a certified Invisalign provider.

He is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry and member of the Rappahannock Valley Dental Society. With just over a decade of experience under his belt, he opened Freedom Family Dentistry in 2013. As a second generation dentist, he is grateful to carry on the family tradition of service. Dr. Neibauer takes pride in providing his patients with quality, compassionate dental care.

Jen is a Target enthusiast. She has been in dentistry for 15 years, 8 of which she spent working as a dental assistant. She currently lives in King George with her husband, their son, and their 2 dogs and 1 cat. Jen enjoys cooking for her family and listening to country music.

Tiffany has been in dentistry for over 15 years and brings extensive insurance Accounts Receivable knowledge. She worked with Dr. Neibauer at his previous office, where she was an A/R mentor, and is excited to join him again at Freedom Family. When she's not working, she keeps busy with her husband, their 2 daughters, and their 1 fur-baby.

Melissa has been in dentistry since 1994 and brings the experience of being a former office manager. She worked with Dr. Neibauer at his previous practice and is happy to be working with him again. She is married and has 4 children, an amazing grandson, and 4 fur-babies.

Marie brings over 30 years of dental assisting experience to Freedom Family. She worked with Dr. Neibauer at his previous practice and joined us in July 2015. She enjoys cooking/baking and bringing her creations to the office for her co-workers.

Tracie brings 22 years of experience spanning dental assisting, administrative and dental sales. Tracie has been with Freedom Family since we opened in July 2013, and is a constant source of entertainment. She enjoys spending time with her husband and 6 children.

Jackie was a dental assistant for 2 years before joining us. After being a stay at home mom for a while, as well as a part time teacher, she is excited to be working full time. She loves patient interaction, and hopes to calm anxious minds with her gentle manner. Jackie enjoys running, shopping and spending time with her husband and 2 daughters.

Tara has been an assistant since 2001 and now is a Dental Assistant II. She has worked alongside Dr. Justin Neibauer since 2008. Tara enjoys shopping at Costco, spending time with her family and sweet dog Bo. She also enjoys traveling, especially to the Beach.

Kristen was born and raised in Fredericksburg, Virginia. She has 2 years of dental assisting experience prior to working with Dr. Neibauer. She loves to learn all aspects of the office working as a dental assistant, hygiene assistant and now as the front desk.

Laura was born in our Nations Capital but has been a Fredericksburg resident for over 30 years. She graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Dental Hygiene from West Liberty University and brings over 22 years of experience to our team. Patient care and comfort are her top priorities at work and in her free time, she loves spending time with her family and friends.

Carolyn is a native of Stafford county. She practiced as a dental assistant for 15 years prior to obtaining her Associate of Applied Science with a major in Dental Hygiene, through Northern Virginia Community College. Carolyn strives to provide a comfortable experience and promote patient education, for a healthy and confident smile. In her free time, Carolyn enjoys cooking, gardening, and spending time with her family.

At Freedom Family Dentistry, our first and foremost goal has been to provide the communities of Fredericksburg, South Stafford, Spotsylvania, and Ladysmith with the high quality and caring dentistry they deserve.
