A native of the Emerald Coast, Dr. Trae Pappas grew up in Fort Walton Beach. He attended Louisiana State University where he earned his Bachelor degree in Biological Sciences with a minor in Business Administration. He attended the prestigious Louisiana State University School of Dentistry in New Orleans where he earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery, graduating at the top of his class.
Dr. Pappas has extensive advanced training in cosmetics (veneers), implant placement and restoration, digital dentistry, endodontics, IV sedation, clear aligner therapy (Invisalign), All-on-X/Teeth in a day procedures, periodontal surgery, laser dentistry, and full-mouth rehabilitation. He has been awarded his Fellowship in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and has been a member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Academy of General Dentistry, and the National Dental Practice-based Research Network. He has participated in the prestigious Pikos Institute, DentalXP hands-on courses, and Live Implant Training for advanced surgical training under some of the best surgeons in the world. He has also served as a regional mentor for newly graduated dentists in Northwest Florida and participated in dental missions to underserved populations, including Haiti.
Dr. Pappas has an absolute fervor and passion for dentistry, and prides himself on delivering world-class dentistry in a compassionate manner. His emphasis on quality care is matched only by his focus on patient comfort. He strives to make sure his patients are comfortable with their dental care both mentally, physically and financially.
When not in the office, Dr. Pappas is likely outdoors enjoying all that our wonderful area has to offer. He enjoys fishing, surfing, boating, kiteboarding, paddleboarding and skiing. He also enjoys relaxing, playing the piano every day. Health is a major focus with a dedication to fitness, whether its in the gym, running or live sports. He also enjoys cooking, and maintaining a healthy diet. Most of all he loves spending quality time with family and his beautiful Boykin Spaniel Ellie Mae!

Donna joined this dental team in 1996 as a dental assistant. She has over 31 years of dental experience. She has lived in this area all of her life. Family is her priority so she spends as much time as she can with her family, especially her kids, mom, grandkids and boyfriend. On her off time, she loves to spend time outdoors and hunt.
Leanne joined our team in 2007. She is a lifetime resident of Crestview with 14 years of experience in dental assisting. She is a wife and mother of two daughters. She loves collecting recipes, reading, and the Crestview Bulldogs!
Carly joined this fantastic dental team in November of 2015. She has 17 years of administrative dental experience. She moved from Fort Bragg, North Carolina to Crestview with her husband in 2011 with 7th Special Forces Group. Sheis very familiar with the challenges that come along with military life and deployments as her husband spent 21 years in the military before retiring in May of 2019. She is pursuing her Bachelors in Psychology and enjoys working out, cycling, paddle boarding, relaxing on the beach and spending as much time outdoors as she can with her husband and son.
Amanda joined our dental team in January 2019. She moved to Florida 8 years ago from Oklahoma, and enjoys the sunshine state. She has 18 years of dental experience. Dental has been her passion since she was 12 and knocked out her front tooth in a bike accident. She enjoys snorkeling, SCUBA, anything on the beach and spending time with her shih tzu, Baby.
Yvonne has been a Registered Dental Hygienist for a little over six years now. She loves what she does and making people smile. She has an identical twin who also works with her. Spending quality time with her family is very special to her. She is very active and likes to maintain a healthy lifestyle from cooking at home to taking her dog Zeb for his daily walks. Music is a huge part of her life from watching local bands play to performing in her family band. Yvonne has a very outgoing and adventurous personality that can turn anyones frown upside down!
Christine is a registered dental hygienist that has been practicing for 9 years now. She and her husband have two wonderful children and one on the way. Christine enjoys spending quality time with her family and her Boykin Spaniel. She aspires to always carry a positive attitude and her love and passion shines through her smile.
Christi is a Registered Dental Hygienist and received her degree from Gulf Coast Community College. She has 17 years dental hygiene experience. Christi is a native of Northwest Florida. She is married with two sons and two step daughters. She enjoys fishing, boating, and camping.
