Dr. Vince was very professional, efficient and kind. The staff was friendly and very informative and made me very comfortable throughout my visit!

The way that our family was treated and spoken to is something that we would have never experienced from Dr Holloway, Sharon, Colleen or any of his staff. We have been going to this dental office for years and was looking to build the same trust and relationship with Dr Patt and his staff. That changed after the customer service and treatment we just received. We were told they are "Under New Management." Well, sorry to say the "New Management" just lost a family of patients. We would not recommend this dental office to anyone and we will be going to another dentist office that treats their patients as Dr Holloway and his staff always did...professionally with respect, understanding, kindness and compassion. They always treated us like they would like to be treated!

I had a scheduled appointment for 5:20pm at Freedom Dental. I happen to have a job as most people do, and my job ends at 5:00pm. I am not always able to sprint out the door when the end of the day comes near as the of employees and dentists at Freedom Dental do. I arrive in the parking lot at 5:27pm, and am at the door at 5:27pm or 5:28pm, and I am greeted by a locked door. I see a woman leave the front desk to come to the door, and am greeted with something along the line of "your appointment has been canceled, you're 10 minutes late, everyone has left." I reply that it hadn't been 10 minutes, and her reply was "it's 5:28".... So I guess their "ten minute policy" really isn't a policy. It was even confirmed earlier in the day that I would indeed be at my appointment. On top of that, I received no assistance or offering of scheduling a new appointment. After my brief interaction with Freedom Dental, I can say that I do not recommend this office or it's hasty people. This is no longer a welcoming or accommodating office as it was under Dr. Holloway. I had been looking forward to my first appointment since COVID. But considering I was unable to make it through the front door, I will not be back.
