'When I called and talk to the receptionist and explained what I needed I was addressed in every manner properly!! Every question was answered properly and if I didn 't understand he explained everything to me! Very polite,patience, well dressed and very respectful!! I would refer anyone to their dentist office!! My five year old even had fun again great great recommendations from me!!!!!'
After joining the Army in 1985, Dr. Cisneros became a medic, going on to receive a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Zoology from Humboldt State University in California. A few years later, he completed his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine in Edwardsville, Illinois.
The doctor went on to complete his Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency while part of the U.S. Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery. He cared for the health of naval and marine personnel as a naval dental officer aboard the USS Nassau and at the Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune in North Carolina.
After returning to Illinois with his family, Dr. Cisneros devoted himself to building a state-of-the-art dental practice where his patients could receive the best of care in a friendly, relaxed, and fun atmosphere. Known for his warm nature and good sense of humor, Dr. Cisneros puts patients at ease during treatment and welcomes any questions they might have.
Dr. Cisneros has continued his training by receiving further education in cosmetic dentistry, endodontics, periodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery and sedation. To monitor the quality of care, he wants his patients to be able to get all their dental treatment under one roof rather than referring them to other offices.
Training is very important to Dr. Cisneros, so he makes sure that both he and his staff advance their dentistry and support skills regularly. He has also been recognized by both the military and his community for contributions to his profession.

SCAM! RIP OFF! If you aren't willing to pay for a bunch of extra add-on services, they have no interest in helping you! I went in for a simple teeth cleaning, sat in the chair for over an hour while they did exams and took pictures (that I didn't ask for) and the next thing I know they were quoting me over $2000 for all these extra services. When I said I didn't want any of that, they had me leave, without even doing a cleaning, and said they would "call me tomorrow". Over a week later they called me back to get my address, assumably to send me a bill, I said I still haven't had the cleaning I waited over a month for, and the lady said they won't do it because I didn't want the extra add ons. COMPLETELY RUDE UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO SPEND A TON OF $$$!!!

I've come here for several years now, and have always had a good cleaning experience. Today was my first time getting work done, and Alexa helped me stay calm and comfortable before and during the procedure!

Today was my first visit there. I have to get a surgery and need a dentist approval for the surgery. It's been a while since I've been to the dentist. I was nervous and little scared cause it's been a while. At Advanced Dental Care the staff and everyone made me so comfortable and easy to be there. I need some work done and they took the time to explain the proper steps to make for me. I will continue going there and recommend anyone going there. Thomas Garrett

Please don't go here or take your children here please from one mother to another they will rob you that stole 600 dollars from me I'm unemployed mother of two I payed my bill in advanced to have fillings replaced then they sent me a letter that I was not a patient there anymore and stole the money I payed

Went for my appointment and recurved great care , all the staff was friendly from Shelby at the front to the dentist who explained my treatment in detail. Finance staff was very efficient and explained all questions in detail. Great experience.

Do you hate the dentist? Walkin and have a seat on the sofa, or help yourself to the self serve beverage bar. This office is clean, and the hygienists are gentle and kind. The dentist may even show your kids a martial arts or wrestling truck on the right day!

My hubby and I started going to the Freeburg location 6 months ago after moving to New Athens. We have been happy with the office. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Very nice dentist and did a great job, wasn't brutal taking my tooth out and wasn't scolding like some dentist are when it comes to looking at your teeth. I'll definitely go back to them when needed

They gave us a mug for a positive review...then ruined the whole experience for my child. Most likely this is going to end up in court because not only did they charge us cash, and max out both dental policies, they also have the most aggressive and rude receptionist I've ever met. We paid them in full, $4000...we are now going to Trost in Red Bud who is doing it for a small fraction of the price....and, they are actually really nice people. Their focus is on making daughters teeth right....not how many pennies they can squeeze from me....PS even though I paid the Advanced Dental more than we agreed on, they still send us bills after the receptionist told us "I will gladly forward your records, for you to go elsewhere so I don't have to deal with you." So we are going elsewhere. Period.

Excellent dentist, who made me feel very at ease. 4 wisdom teeth gone and quickly. He explained everything prior to doing anything. Checked on me several times during the procedure. Highly recommend!!!

My husband and I went to Dr. Cisneros for a couple years. There wasn't one visit that he failed to promote his cosmetic services. I was talked into replacing all my silver fillings with porcelain. I was told they "accepted" my insurance which is different from being a "preferred provider" with my insurance. I had a crown done that Dr. Cisneros wanted to redo in less than a year. I went to another dentist who corrected the crown and it's been fine for several years. No replacement needed.

Dr. Cisneros is awesome! My family has been going to him for years. He does great with kids also. My 10 & 6 year old enjoy him :) We love that we can all go to one dentist . Office is very clean and staff is very friendly.

Dr. Cisneros saw me on an emergency basis today to extract a couple teeth that had broken off near the gum line. I was worried that there was not enough tooth left for someone to get a good grip and they would end up breaking further or need to be dug out, and it would be very painful. He took the time to make sure I was properly anesthetized, and deftly removed the teeth with no problems. The staff were friendly, the office was clean, and I was seen quickly. Very impressed with his skill and knowledge... will be back.
