Dr. Antoinette (Annette) Lukasik grew up in Bensonhurst, a small community in Brooklyn, New York. She attended John Dewey High School and continued her undergraduate education at Long Island University in Brooklyn, New York where she majored in Biology, minored in Psychology, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. After completing her college studies, she attended the University of Buffalo Dental School of Medicine, where she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Following her four years of dental school, she decided to specialize in pediatric dentistry and completed a two year residency program at the Childrens Hospital in Buffalo, N.Y. A year later she continued at the same hospital, and completed her pediatric dental fellowship which concentrated on treating children with special needs.
Dr. Lukasik held a faculty teaching position in the Pediatric Dentistry department at the University of Buffalo Dental School of Medicine for three years, and also provided dental treatment on the University of Buffalo Mobile Dental Van for two years. She has also participated in several Give Kids A Smile events. Dr. Lukasik is involved in her community during Childrens Dental Health month in which she annually attends several elementary schools educating and promoting third graders and younger, proper oral hygiene, healthy eating, and diet habits so that the children may acquire a daily routine to having healthy and happy smiles. Dr. Lukasik is also an active attending staff member who has hospital privileges at the Kaleida Health/Childrens/Oshei Hospital in Buffalo, N.Y. When necessary, she provides dental treatment on children under a general anesthetic as an outpatient procedure within this facility. Dr. Lukasik also mentors dental students and helps prepare them for a future career in pediatric dentistry. Although Dr. Lukasik has been practicing pediatric dentistry for 28 years, she continues to stay current with the latest research, and latest dental techniques by attending continuing education courses, given by various dental professional organizations. Additionally, she is a participating member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Dental Society, the New York State Dental Association, the Eighth District Dental Society, The Chautauqua / Jamestown Dental Society, and the University of Buffalo Dental Alumni Association.
Dr. Tiffany McCarthy was born and raised in Miami, FL. She received a bachelors degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition at the University of Florida. Those four years where quite memorable for Dr. Tiffany, not only did she head the Youth Tooth organization, she got to witness several National Championships as a Florida Gator. Dr. Tiffany then went on to complete a masters degree in Biomedical Science at Barry University.
She completed her dental training at the state of the art, brand new facility at the University of Tennessee. Dr. Tiffany was able to learn with the latest technology that is available to the dental profession. Not only did she learn the most modern techniques for her patients, she also served as the President of the Student Government Association of the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry. Dr. Tiffany was awarded the Deans Leadership Award, the Dr. Winfield C. Dunn Scholarship and The University of Tennessee Health Science Service award for her charitable work throughout Memphis. Dr. Tiffany was inducted into the Imhotep Society that only selects students that participated in service work, organized dentistry and exemplary grades. Due to her contribution to dental research, Dr. Tiffany was selected as a participant in the ADA Foundation Dental Students Conference in Research in Washington D.C.
Dr. Tiffany completed her professional studies at the established University at Buffalo and Women and Childrens Hospital of Buffalo. Dr. Tiffany served as the Chief resident and graduated with a specialty in Pediatric Dentistry. This hospital and academic based residency program provided specialty training in pediatric dentistry, sedation dentistry, general anesthesia cases and care for children with special needs.
Dr. Tiffanys main goal is to give every child a positive experience. She is inspired by Dr. Annette Lukasiks lifelong passion for the patients and her profession. Dr. Tiffany has a calm yet fun approach for the children which establishes trust with the families in order to provide exceptional dental care.
Dr. Tiffany is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. She is currently a member of American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association, New York State Dental Association, the Eighth District Dental Society, and the Western New York Association of Pediatric Dentists.
Dr. Tiffany loves being a mommy to her baby Betty. Dr. Tiffany and her husband savor every second with Betty. Besides being Bettys mom, Dr. Tiffany enjoys spending time with friends and family, skiing, swimming, and cooking. She loves attending all of the new happenings around Western New York. She is excited about all of the wonderful families she has been working with and is looking forward to meeting and greeting new patients!

Took Krystal today. My first time there as a dad and was very impressed on how kid friendly everyone was and the facility. I would highly recommend Fredonia Pediatric Dentistry.

The dentists are great there but the front staff are rude when you try to cancel your appointments and eliminate your kids of being seen for there so now we have to find a different dental for your kids and this all happen during this corvid-19 Pandemic Will not recommend here ever again

I tried to make an appointment for my daughter the first girl I spoke to was so nice and said she made her an appointment well I had to reschedule so I call back only to find out no she did not set my daughter an appointment.The other woman I spoke with had a terrible attitude and spoke down to me as if I was dumb I believe I'll be looking for a different dentist.

We have been going there for years but lately it is awful. We had a 1pm appt today and waited outside in our car for over 45 mins. Is is rude to assume my time is less valuable than theirs.

I transferred all my kids here. The new building is amazing and the staff is just as great! My daughter suffers from anxiety and is always excited to be here. They make the entire family feel welcome, my kids are never in any pain, they're teeth are well taken care of and the kids never want to leave! I have and still do recommend them to everyone who wants there kids to love the dentist. Keep up the great work
