I do not recommend this practice to anyone . If your child has to get a procedure done , they do not allow any parents in the back . I do not feel like that's okay . Especially if it's a two year old.

Do not know how this Dentist is still even practicing . not sure about these google reviews either because a mom in a local moms group posted her and her childs horrific experience with this dentist and other parents started chiming in stating the same . This dentist will say your child need a crown or whatever and they don't he's also aggressive with kids ...a wolf in sheep's clothing and would not be surprised if the police investigate him . As they should .

Since moving to Fredericksburg I have been lucky enough to find great practitioners! Dr. Kakar is on that list of doctors I trust with my children dental care. The team is made of a professional and friendly staff. They're always welcoming, friendly and accommodating especially when scheduling my children on the Same day. The office is set with plenty of light and always well kept. I appreciate their confirmation process and always keeps up to date. It's so convenient to have both the dentistry and orthodontist in the same setting! I am particularly so thankful for Dr. Kakar and his skills with teeth restoration. My one year old had baby bottle rot. He reassured me it wasn't to late and quickly got him in the OR. He is such a happier baby and his quality in life has improved so much. This office stresses and educates you on the importance of good dental hygiene and makes sure your taken care of. I highly recommend this dentistry to any family of all ages, babies, toddlers & young ones to teenager, It's a group of great people.

Never ever bring your children here. Period. They have a policy of not allowing parents to be with their children during treatment. They will scold you if you try. They will get records confused and ask you to sign blank consent forms. It's a volume business. Nothing more.

My daughter had bad experience before.. she came out to me and was in smiles instead of tears .. and said to me mom they are the best.. overall 100% satisfied.. thank you for gentleness

Called and scheduled as new patients for my husband and our 4 kids. Front desk explained everything and was patient with me . Much appreciated . For our first appointment , staff was so cooperative and worked well under a busy morning (: the dentist was also transparent and communicative . Looking forward to our journey with the dentistry ! Thank you all for being there and making the kids visit extra special !

I absolutely love this pediatric office for my kids!!! One of the best pediatric dentist I've been to. The Dr and his clinical staff are fast, efficient, and caring. My kids have been coming here for years wouldn't take them anywhere else!!!

We took our 6 year old here when we first moved to the area. The dentist was very rude to begin with. Then told us he has 3 cavities all needing root canals. This was a red flag for me so I went looking for a second opinion. Only problem, I couldn't have his X-rays sent without paying an additional $50 fee. So we decided to wait a couple months until the new benefit year. Well, he finally went for his second opinion and he has two small cavities (not sure where the other went) that require zero treatment for the time being because they're so small in baby teeth that are close to falling out.

One of the best dentist offices in the area! The staff are very pleasant and work great with kids. Procedures are explained in detail and patients are made to feel comfortable. If you have kids who are not good with the dentist, try this place! his so patience with kids I really loved the service they give to my son and I.

They don't allow parents in the back room when they put your child under any type of sedation to do procedures or even x-rays. As someone who's child has had physical trauma in the past and is not comfortable around strangers without me under any circumstances, this was honestly pretty concerning to me. I'm not sure what parent would feel comfortable allowing their child to be sedated without them.

This office is wonderful! The dentists and staff from front desk to hygienists are all so kind, caring and friendly. My son loves going here and we have had nothing but wonderful experiences. We highly recommend them!

I just in the past year or so started using this office for my child,( now children)! The staff is always so friendly and helpful! I had the pleasure of talking to Adela and she is the most enlightening and the most positive people you could talk to.

I have been bringing my 2 girls here since they were little and they are 4 and 15. Everytime I bring my girls here the drs and staff have always treated me and my girls nice and courteous. The drs are very well known and they know what they are doing and get the job done right. The receptionist Valerie and Adela keep you updated and on track over the phone and are very nice as well. Everyone there is. I would recommend this pediatric dentistry to anyone.

They fit us in same day for a new patient appointment. My son was very comfortable..& after treatment he said he didn't feel a thing! Big thanks to the Doctor and Valerie at the front desk!!

Did not go here! The doctor and staff are very friendly but their office/financial policies and procedures are you pay out of pocket up front for the whole bill. Then they bill your insurance and when insurance pays them they send you a check for what insurance covers. So months after having $3000 sitting on my credit card and paying the interest for some work that my kids needed and paying $15 for PPE for each child's appt. I finally got reimbursed. Then after wanting to switch dentist due to these policies I found out that I have to pay $110 to have my boys records/X-rays transferred. I have moved many times and work in the medical field and have never heard of these practices by any other medical professional. All records in the past have transferred without ever paying a dime each time we have had to move. Everyone that I have talked to about this, which is any parent and medical professionals that I come in contact with, have agreed and said that the policies and practices are not right. Beware!
