I've been a patient here for more than 10 years. Always easy to get an appointment; front staff is efficient and accurate; dentists are professional, personable & thorough. Fortunately I haven't had to have a lot of work done other than routine cleanings & checkups. Not a fan of the 'who's up next" method of who you get to see dentist wise after cleanings. I never know which of the dentists will pop into the room. That makes it hard to get to know your dentist. Not a deal-breaker, just something that keeps me from giving 5 stars.

Don't ever come here staff is very unprofessional never in my life have I felt not welcomed to a place for being 10mins late because of traffic then try's to move me to a later date then gets smart over the phone and say just go to a hospital if your feeling that bad

I personally had a great experience with Dr. Johnson with my cleaning/fillings! However, I must say that my husband did not with another doctor here. Since leaving the office a week ago today, my husband walked out of there with new tooth and jaw pain that we are being told hopefully will subside in the next days/weeks/possibly longer. His pain got worse in the last 48 hours, so much so that he hasn't been able to eat much and it is affecting him at work. I should mention that he already has chronic pain in the neck/back region due to another condition he has, so I think some of his pain might be due to him having to have his jaw open for a bit, however when I called to express my concerns/frustrations with how much pain he was in to see if Dr. Johnson could take a look at him (since I was worried the other doctor screwed something up), Dana attempted to talk things out with me via the phone. She began trying to help, but she eventually did end up laughing out of frustration because he was not wanting to stay on Advil or Tylenol (due to his chronic pain condition and his stance on drugs and medication, which is absolutely his choice). I wanted them to take another look at his mouth, to help to explain why this new pain is present, but Dana's energy was not the easiest for me at the time. When someone you love is in constant pain day in and day out, and now has additional pain due to whatever might have happened in his mouth, understanding and patience is always appreciated from the medical community and staff. We all have bad days, but since we were new patients here, we will be seeking a new dental practice due to his poor first experience at Fredericksburg Dental Care. Again, my personal experience here was just fine, but his was not. Dr. Johnson did agree to squeeze in seeing him between appointments, which we definitely appreciate. And thank you so much to his hygienist (I believe it was Catie), who was wonderful and took time to try to explain everything to us. Thank you!

Went in for my semi-annual cleaning and check-up. My dental hygienist was Stephanie and she did an outstanding job. I could tell that she was taking pride in her work. She was gentle, patient, and supportive and was able to answer all the questions I had. No feelings of any discomfort. Great experience. Almost relaxing.

Having not been to Fredericksburg Dental Care in a few years, there have been some changes. I am not a fan of their new pad based information entry. The pad was small and the text even smaller. Very inconvenient to use. I also expected to have my teeth cleaned with this visit but I have to have a phone consultation before I can even schedule that. Not an improvement.

The staff is friendly and very professional. I arrived on time for my appointment, but before I arrived another patient was having a dental emergency which caused them to run behind schedule. Both the dentist and dental hygienists apologized and explained the reason for the late start. I appreciated their acknowledgement and respect for my time. The dental services I received was excellent, a pain free visit is always a plus.

Clean, pleasant, professional, friendly, on time. Best cleaning I have had in a looooooooong time with no sore jaw, lips or gums from rough treatment. Catie is THE BEST!! Really appreciated the welcome letter from Dr. Fusaro. Stephanie gave me a detailed, thoughtful overview of recommended treatments w/ a breakdown of prices and scheduling options. An excellent experience so far.

I have extremely high anxiety when it comes to a dental visit. So when I first walked into Fredericksburg Dental Care I was a mess. Everyone was very understanding and helpful to me. When I met Dr. Fusaro he put me at ease right away. He has a very calming presence and when he spoke to me I was able to relax a little bit even without sedation which I usually need to even be able to walk through the door. He was incredibly gentle and was able to read my body language when my anxiety began to spike again. He was understanding and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Fusaro, especially to those that suffer from anxiety when visiting the dentist.

I had a recent appointment at Fredericksburg Dental Care. I went there because I had a tooth ache. Dr. Richard Duong and his assistant worked tirelessly to find the source of my tooth ache by taking X Rays and doing a variety of tests. After they filled a gumline cavity, my tooth ache has gone away. Thank you for a great job.

Everyone we just interacted with at the office was so kind! They handled my 6 year old so well. She's typically very nervous at any type of doctor/dentist and they made sure she felt safe the entire time. Definitely recommend this office to anyone in the area.
