Dr. Lindsay Morris, a native of Jacksonville, FL, graduated from Princeton University cum laude with a degree in History of Science and received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Florida College of Dentistry. While in dental school, Dr. Morris won the Award for Clinical and Professional Excellence upon graduation, and was an active member of the Alpha Omega dental society. She volunteered her time providing dental services at local clinics for low-income residents and particularly enjoyed participating in a dental mission trip to Ecuador providing dental care to residents of isolated villages in the Andean mountains.
Dr. Morris continued her dental education in the general practice residency program in the Division of Dentistry and Oral Surgery at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. During residency, Dr. Morris completed advanced training in dental implant placement and restoration, cosmetic crown and bridge, root canal therapy, periodontal treatment, and oral surgery.
Dr. Morris is an executive board member of the Frederick County Dental Society, and an active member of the Maryland State Dental Association and American Dental Association. Additionally she participates locally in the Frederick FSK Dental Study Club and the Advanced Dental Implant Study Club.
Dr. DeMarco is the newest addition to Frederick Smiles Dental Care after nearly 30 years of private practice in Mount Airy, Maryland. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Maryland College Park, and following graduation, Dr. DeMarco attended the University of Maryland Dental School. Here, she was an active member of numerous honor societies, a recipient of The Edgar J. Jacques Memorial Award for meritorious achievement in Oral Surgery, and graduated Magna Cum Laude.
Currently, Dr. DeMarco is a member of the Frederick Dental Society, Maryland State Dental Association, and the American Dental Association, as well as Omicron Kappa Upsilon and the Carroll Creek and Mid-Maryland Dental Study Clubs.
Dr. DeMarco offers a wide range of dental services including general dentistry for adults and children, restorations, crown and bridge treatment, root canal therapy, bleaching, snoring appliances, extractions, selective periodontal surgery, as well as full and partial dentures and implant placement. Dr. DeMarco provides exceptional and comprehensive dental care in a comfortable, relaxed and friendly environment. Patients are treated in the same caring and professional manner that she would extend to family members. Her staff strives to listen to patient concerns, educate them on their oral health, and ultimately improve their quality of life. In addition, she takes special interest in helping the fearful or sensitive patient.
In her free time, Dr. DeMarco enjoys swimming, boating, cycling, Zumba, yoga, reading, and gardening. Most of all, she loves spending time with her husband Ray, and their two sons, Andrew and David, and dog, Harley.
Dr. Oh grew up in different places around the world including South Korea, Singapore and Hawaii. He completed his undergraduate studies at University of Maryland at College Park and he is a big Terrapins fan. He then moved to New York City where he attended New York University and received Masters of Science and Doctor of Dental Surgery diploma. After he completed his dental training, he attended Johns Hopkins Hospital for General Practice Residency (GPR) and gained additional complex restorative and surgical training. Since graduating from Johns Hopkins, he remained at the GPR program as clinical staff and oversees patients at Division of Dentistry and Oral surgery.Dr. Oh Johns Hopkins
