It's hard to know where to begin. I will start with the dental assistant. She was a nightmare of a person. Anytime and every time I had to interact with her she was rude. Any dentist office I have ever gone to in my entire adult life has always worked with my insurance to make sure I understood what was covered, what wasn't and just what to expect as far as cost. This office did not do that and we ended up paying out of pocket for things we weren't expecting. Like X-rays for example that could have waited until the window of time of approval from our insurance. She didn't consider that and just went ahead and scheduled these things with zero thought or consideration, took zero accountability and made it my problem. Moving on to the dentist. I had to have a crown put on, according to him. My tooth had a cavity but was not bothering me whatsoever. He assured me it needed to happen so I went ahead and did it. Less than a few months goes by and the crown popped off while flossing. Had to emergency my way over to him to get it put back on which was super uncomfortable as the area was still sensitive. Not too long after that the crown chipped. It chipped. I have two other crowns and that has never happened. I hadn't even had this crown 6 months and it had already popped off and chipped. He said he could replace it, within a year, as it isn't fixable. He also stated that I may need a root canal should we mess with it anymore so I opted to just leave it. Not only has the chip gotten larger with time but I noticed that there is a large gap between my gum and tooth. So to this day I am constantly having to floss there and it's painful. I brush and floss at least once often twice a day. I take care if my teeth, regardless this shouldn't be happening. He also did work on my husband that was wild. I would not recommend going here at all.

This was the worst dental experience of my life!! Dr. Morrill grabbed my jaw it hurt and bled for three days. I sued him in court in he perjured himself.

My first time here to get established. They did really well at minimizing my anxiety on my visit. They spent a full hour with me going over everything. Most thorough. No rush or sell. Plan on getting a couple of things done that I've been putting of for a while.

I have been going to Dr. Morrill for a few years. I trust him and am very satisfied with his work. I travel from Auburn because it is hard to find a good dentist these days. Very fair and competitive in pricing and a "no push" atmosphere. Dr. Morrill recommended an electric tooth brush but encouraged me to buy it from Target because it would be less expensive there. Thank You.

Dr. Morrill is very nice, very informative. Took a whole hour to explain all of my options. He made everything understandable. Answered all my questions. The office is very clean and tidy. Did not feel rushed. They only see one patient at a time; so you don't have to deal with 10 other people waiting to be seen. I thought that was nice especially in the current state of things. I felt like a VIP.

Extremely satisfied with my dental implants and re-alignment of my upper denture. I highly recommend for all your dental work. Highly experienced. Professional staff. Very comfortable office.
