The whole staff is personable and friendly. They educate kids on healthy dental practices and don't guilt trip them. They maintain a clean, welcoming, and cheerful environment. I love that my kids have a relationship with their dentist and are not passed around by strangers as they were before this practice opened. They efficiently communicate with the orthodontist and collaborate well to create a personalized plan that works for my kids and their individual needs.

Absolutely love this dentist office for my children! The first time I took my daughter ever to the dentist was 15 months old and she loved it, she's normally shy with new people, but she had no issues talking to Dr. Dee or the dental assistant!

I love Dr. D and her staff. They are always so very pleasant and nice. They make sure to tell my so what they are doing every step of the way. And they make it so he can understand what he's being told. I would highly recommend!!

This was my girls first time here, and it was such a pleasant experience. Great customer service, awesome atmosphere, and most importantly my girls felt very comfortable. They haven't stopped talking about it yet. It's very hard finding a place that is great and patient with kids so my girls and I will definitely be returning!

Frederick KiDDS is by far the best pediatric dental practice I've encountered (and we've been to a few). They are always kind and concerned, professional yet personable with the kids. Dr. Dee knows her stuff and we always appreciate their prompt response if we have a question. I can't recommend them enough.

We are so happy to have found Frederick Kidds. Dr. Dee and her staff are amazing! Madeline was the first person I spoke to. She was very friendly and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed, which is an issue I often stumble upon when receptionists are busy and dealing with a potential new patient. Both our boys go to Frederick Kidds and they come out saying how they cannot wait to go back to see Dr. Dee! Our older son needed some major work done. We got on a waiting list and Paige got him in for his procedure a lot sooner than we expected which we greatly appreciated. The quality of professionalism and service is unmatched. We would give Dr. Dee and her staff more stars if we could. Hands down, best pediatric dentistry!

We love this office. They really do a great job of making my child feel comfortable at the dentist. The entire staff is kind and professional. My kids LOVE going to the dentist! This team is cheerful and knowledgable. Visits fly by and scheduling is organized. The entire staff is SO great with kids. We just love Frederick KiDDS!!

I Just love this dental office. The kids can't wait for the visit every time. The staff are all super friendly and the hygenist are really good with kids. I have not seen one unfriendly face. The office is also super well designed with bright colors that is eye catching and kid-centric without being overstimulating and it is always very clean. It's really a place where you do NOT have to stress if your kids wil be well taken care of. I have been going for 5 years since my first kid and now all of them go. This family loves this office! I am so grateful they had a booth at the fair that one year so I could discover this place!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME this dentistry overbooks and proactively cancels your appointment if you do not confirm. This is not standard or common practice and incredibly poor professional behavior. You are a number not a patient, this is no way to to provide dental services. Check out Woodsboro Dental instead where this behavior is thankfully far from the norm!

The entire team at Frederick KiDDS is excellent, professional and fun. They make our kids feel welcome and at ease. Any nervousness quickly goes away once we walk in the door. Keep up the fantastic work and we highly recommend KiDDS.
