Dr. Norfolk is from Watertown, New York and has been in New England since graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Syracuse University in 1989. In 1993 he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Norfolk is a current member of the American Dental Association, the Massachusetts Dental Society, the Worcester District Dental Society and he volunteered at Bridge Over Troubled Waters providing dental care to homeless individuals. He has been practicing dentistry for 28 years, 23 of which have been in Milford, Massachusetts. Dr. Norfolk resides in Ashland, MA with his wife, daughter and son and his interests include reading, traveling and being outdoors as often as possible. He takes the time to treat every patient as a friend and a welcome part of the dental family we have established here at 116 Water Street in Milford.
Dr. Alper was raised in Lexington, MA and received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Rochester in New York in 1989. In 1993, Dr. Alper earned a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. While in dental school, Dr. Alper was awarded a fellowship for research in the field of TMJ/TMD and received awards in Recognition for Excellence in Fixed Prosthodontics and Removable Partial Prosthodontics. In 1995, Dr. Alper earned a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies after completing his residency in Periodontology from Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Alper has been a member of the TriCounty Dental Study Club since and the East Middlesex District Dental Society. He participates with Donated Dental Service, volunteering time to individuals who are disabled, elderly or medically compromised and cannot afford necessary treatment. Dr. Alper belongs to the American Academy of Periodontology, the American Dental Association, and the Massachusetts Dental Society. Dr. Alper lives in Bedford, MA with his wife and three kids. He enjoys traveling with his family, reading, cooking, skiing, biking, and running.
Dr. Coombs grew up on the beautiful Island of St. Vincent and the Grenadines and received a Bachelors of Science in Biology from Bethune Cookman University in 2007. After graduation, she worked as a middle and high school science teacher while conducting biomedical science research at the University of Central Florida. Dr. Coombs later graduated summa cum laude from Barry University with her Masters in Biomedical Science degree in 2011 and then Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 2015. Following graduation, she has been practicing dentistry in Massachusetts.Dr. Coombs understands the importance of education and continues to further her knowledge in dental improvements through continuing education courses. She is currently a member of the Metropolitan District Society, Massachusetts Dental Society, and American Dental Society. In her spare time, Dr. Coombs enjoys biking, skiing, traveling, and reading.
Dr. Jeremy Nguyen grew up in South Boston and has resided there for most of his life. He received his bachelors degree in cell and molecular biology from Boston University and his masters degree from Boston University School of Medicine. After pursuing both his undergraduate and graduate degrees, Dr. Nguyen obtained his doctor of dental medicine and graduated with honors from Boston Universitys Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine. During his time as a dental student, he received special recognition awards for his contributions during many international fellowships focusing on the delivery of dental care to underserved communities including areas of Central Vietnam and Thailand. He is also a proud member of the American Dental Association and Massachusetts Dental Society. In his free time, Dr. Nguyen enjoys playing tennis, traveling to new countries, attending concerts and shows, and volunteering. He is also fluent in English and Vietnamese.
Brenda Desilets is a graduate of Worcester State College with a Bachelors of Science Degree and Quinsigamond Community College with an Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene. Brenda has been with us since 2005.
Holly received her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Bridgeport Fones School of Dental Hygiene and has been in practice for twenty five years. She has been part of our team since 2001.
She is certified to administer local anesthesia and trained at Mt. Ida College. Holly has also been certified and trained for both local anesthesia and nitrous oxide administration via her previous training at the University of Colorado School of Dentistry Since 1995.
Katie graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 1991 with an Associates of Science in Dental Hygiene degree and in 1992 with a Bachelors of Science degree. In 2006, Katie received her license to administer local anesthesia from Mount Ida College. With 18 years of experience, Katie is licensed in Rhode Island and Massachusetts and has been with our practice since 2005.
Michele is a graduate of Quinsigamond Community College with an Associates in Dental Hygiene. She graduated from David Hale Fanning Technical School and received a certificate in Dental Assisting. In 2015, Michele received her license to administer local anesthesia from Mount Ida College. She has been a hygienist for over 30 years and has worked at our practice since 2017. She enjoys spending time with her grandchild and camping with her husband.

I highly recommend this office. The staff are very friendly and the Dr.s are very kind, gentle and knowledgeable. If you are looking to switch dentists and would like to enjoy your dental visits again, I would switch immediately!

I had an appointment at 8AM this morning to fix a broken tooth, not only did I get taken on time, but the entire staff is super friendly and very professional. Their process to numb the area was outstanding; I didn't even feel the needle on bit. It took about 45 minutes which is what they estimated when I made the appointment a week ago. As the Novocain wore off, I started to get a slight headache and that side of my mouth felt a little uncomfortable, but I took a couple Advil and now that the numbness has completely gone away, I feel great. No pain in that area at all!! Thank you all for keeping me comfortable the entire time.

Dr. Norfolk has always taken exceptional care of my oral needs, makes me feel at ease while in his chair and explains everything fully. Just all around good guy who performs exceptional work. His staff is equally good and friendly. I will continue going to him as long g as he maintains his practice

The staff here supercedes what "good patient care is". Brenda is beyond phenomenal at cleanings and Dr. Combs and Dr. Norfolk are attentive and address your concerns with the utmost respect and professionalism. I love this office

Dr. Norfolk's office is top service from initial phone call for appointment to checking out after your appointment. Absolutely the nicest staff. Dr. Norfolk is so easy to talk to and he is a good listener. Highly recommend seeing him! Karen the O.M. is awesome!

I have been coming for many years. This practice is by far the best that I have used. Dr.Norfolk is first rate, and for the few times I had to see an associate doctor, it was also a great experience. The hygienists and office staff are also amazing.. they are so friendly and professional. They treat you like family. I have since moved far away from this area, but I like this practice so much, I can not get myself to go anywhere else, and I continue to travel here.

I have been coming for many years. This practice is by far the best that I have used. Dr.Norfolk is first rate, and for the few times I had to see an associate doctor, it was also a great experience. The hygienists and office staff are also amazing.. they are so friendly and professional. They treat you like family. I have since moved far away from this area, but I like this practice so much, I can not get myself to go anywhere else, and I continue to travel here.

I have been a patient for many years and have had extensive work, including crowns & implants and the workmanship is top notch. As a dental phobic, it should be noted that part of treatment has always been to reassure and alleviate any fears before, during and after treatment. I recommend this practice without reservation.

I have been going to Dr. Norfolk for years and would not trust any one else with the task of caring for my teeth. He and his entire staff are among the friendliest and most professional people I have ever gone to for medical/dental care. I have had everything from cleanings to fillings to crowns done by Dr. Norfolk and have never had a complaint. He is a perfectionist and that is evident in every piece of work he completes. Prices are a bit higher than I have seen advertised by some of the dental "groups" out there but that can be expected from a private practice and the level of care here is most definitely worth it. Dental care is expensive in general so I feel I might as well get the best. Even when I was without dental insurance several years ago, and had to pay out of pocket, I kept him as my dentist; he's THAT good. P.S. - On a side note, his office is absolutely gorgeous inside!!
