I have dental implants that were put in by this business. But no teeth due to the fact that the dentist lied to me about the cost. I was told that the whole procedure was going to cost $6000 (+/- a few dollars) I paid for the implants thinking that was the total based on our conversation. I made the last appointment to have impressions made and I was informed that it was going to be another $4000+ to finish. She lied to my face and said that was not what she said. Unfortunately, the paperwork was misplaced by me, and it is my word against hers, but all I can say is avoid this practice like the plague. Sorry, but I am not assisting in buying her next Mercedes. Oh yeah. She parks it in front of the office. Taking a parking spot instead of leaving it open for a client. She's that kind of person. But oh, so nice to your face.

First visit to Frederick Dental solutions today in spring ridge was awesome. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. My dental hygienist was so personable and made me feel right at home. She was very knowledgeable and gave me all kinds of recommendations for toothbrushes, floss etc. Dr. Amini was great and answered all my questions as well. Top-tier dental experience.

The best dentist I've ever had! Everyone is very kind, gentle, and respectful. Also, very knowledgeable! They even apply a topical numbing agent to your gums before numbing you for fillings. A true gem.

I've been attending this practice for 10 plus years! Lori the receptionist is amazing! My entire family comes here. Highly recommended! Warm and friendly environment and up to date equipment.

I am seriously disappointed with the customer service and customer treatment by your secretary. While the medical and dental offices are expected to work for profit, these offices have also obligations to put the patient first in extreme cases. Last week, my tooth cap, that you had placed last year, came off when I was eating. I called your office for an earlier appointment. Your secretary indicated that if I need a quick appointment I have to pay $50 additional out of pocket. But, if I don't want to pay this extra fee my appointment will be scheduled for about 1.5 months later. I had no other choice to call another dentist and get a quick appointment (no extra charges of course!) to fix the cap. I never expected Dr. Amini to treat her patient in such an unethical and unprofessional manner. Nader Bazzazieh

This has been our family dentist for the past 10 years plus. Always have had a good experience and they are very professional. I definitely recommend them if you are looking for a dentist.

Do not go here unless you enjoy unnecessary dental work. I recently moved to the area and decided to give these guys a try. I went in for a routine cleaning 1/18. The dentist came in and performed the exam (she did not take x-rays because my old dentist already took them at my last exam, and she did not have them as they never asked me to request them from my old dentist). After examining my teeth she informed me I had three cavities. I noted my surprise as I've never had a cavity in my entire life. She restated there was three cavities and told me I would need all three filled. Then I was told if I was nervous they would have no problem "giving me a little gas to make sure I was comfortable." I scheduled an appointment to have the procedure and left, but something didn't feel right. I scheduled an appointment with my previous dentist to take a look just in case, thinking I was crazy. But I went to that dentist today and here is what he told me, "I don't see a single thing wrong with your teeth. I didn't even feel a stick when I pushed the tool into your teeth. I'm not sure what they're talking about, you don't have any cavities. Sometimes when I feel a stick and I tell patients we'll check again in 6 months at the next cleaning, while other dentists will fill those. But in this case there's nothing."

I've been a patient of this practice for something over 5 years and see no reason why I should be somewhere else. It was initially a rough ride but after a few visits I was quite satisfied with her skills. English is a second language so be patient. I will continue to be a returning customer.
