A graduate of Loyola University, he has been in private practice ever since. Married to Nancy for over 38 years they have one son, Sam. Dr. Hill is an active member of the Boy Scouts and loves to help the younger Scouts learn about the great outdoors. Dr. Hill loves boating and likes to spend as much time on the water as he can. He has even gone Parachute jumping with his wife Nancy.
Professionally, he is an active member of the Cincinnati Dental Society, the Ohio and American Dental Associations, and local Study clubs. Continuing education is an important part of the practice, and Dr. Hill spends approximately two weeks a year in classes to hone his skills. There is always something new out there.
Dr. Hill believes that each person in the practice should be comfortable and safe first and that the job is not done until that person's needs are met. All care must be thorough and comprehensive, and, though it may not all get done at once, it should follow a logical and planned approach. Additionally, clear communication and transparency are the hallmarks of good care. Using the latest technology, conditions and results are often shown plainly on a computer screen.
Ultimately, good care rests with people of goodwill providing a service of value to the patients. Our office has been providing that for over thirty years. Thats why most of our practice is built from long term patients who love our long term staff. Each day is a good one and a gift. It is important to use these gifts wisely each day to help one another as best we can.
Ava is an Ohio State University graduate and has worked in our office as a dental hygienist since 1994. She takes great pride in giving compassionate and quality care to her patients. Ava is married with three grown sons and five beautiful grandchildren. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, gardening, watching her beloved Buckeyes and going to their lake house.
When you enter our office you will be greeted by Erika. She joined the practice 17 years ago, and has worked in customer service for over 20 yrs. She is eager to assist our patients; to coordinate their scheduling, insurance, and financial needs. She provides friendly, kind service and strives to make things run smoothly. In her free time she enjoys many outdoor activities including traveling, and spending time with family & friends.
Christy has been working as a dental hygienist since 2004, including 5 years at a periodontal office. She cares for her patients like they are family. Her husband of 5 years is from England so they enjoy traveling the world every chance they get.
Vickie works behind the scenes, helping to reactivate patients! She works very hard and has helped many to get back to taking care of their oral and overall health. She keeps track of who has fallen off the re-care list, makes contact with them, and lets them know in her friendly voice that they are missed (and how important it is that they schedule their oral cancer exam and cleaning!) She also assists Erika with other various office tasks.
Marjie has been a part of our office for over 20 years as a dental assistant. She is now going to be assuming other positions in the office and cutting down to part-time. Our patients enjoy her nurturing care and fun bantering with the doctor. We are thrilled Marjie will still be helping us on a limited basis. Her grandchildren will be filling a lot of her free time.
