The goal of our dental practice is for our patients to have the healthiest gum tissue possible. Healthy gums reflect the efforts of the patient and our staff to achieve ideal results. The patients contribution to ideal results includes overall health, nutrition and oral hygiene.

Dr. Jordan Ridge is a recent graduate of the UNC Adams School of Dentistry. Before deciding to pursue dentistry as a career, she grew up playing competitive golf as a child and teenager. Jordan played college golf for Coastal Carolina University and graduated Cum Laude with an undergraduate degree in Biology at NC State University. Jordan loves everything Moore County has to offer and has been a resident of Pinehurst since high school, when her father brought his dentistry practice here from Greensboro, NC. She looks forward to learning from him and working with both of her parents on a daily basis. In her spare time, Jordan enjoys spending time with her friends, family (especially her niece and brand new nephew), Piper her Cockapoo, as well as cooking and traveling. She is eager to spend more time playing golf again now that she has graduated dental school. Dr. Jordan Ridge is currently accepting new patients and looks forward to meeting you soon!
Mary is our insurance and financial coordinator. She has 20+ years of dental experience as a dental assistant before moving to the front office area of expertise. Prior to joining Dr. Ridges office, she and her husband Bill lived in Naples Florida. They now live in Seven Lakes and enjoy walking and kayaking.
Rachael is Dr. Ridge's Lead Dental Assistant. She graduated from the dental assisting program at Fayetteville Tech in 2003 and began working in the dental field directly after. She has been working with Dr. Ridge since 2006. She has two beautiful daughters Scarlett and Violet. As well as a Pit bull / Labrador rescue named Saffy. She loves God, her family and dentistry.
Ann has been a Certified Dental Assistant for 20+ years. She has a German Shepherd named Apollo and will be getting married in November of 2019! She enjoys running and working out on a daily basis. As well as spending time with her friends and family.
LeeAnn is a local born and raised Moore County North Carolinian. She loves being a Wife, Mother and Dog Mom. She has worked with Dr. Ridge as a Registered Dental Hygienist since 2013. In addition, she enjoys spending time with friends, family, traveling to the beach, reading and baking.
Alex is originally from Venezuela, South America. She moved to North Carolina at a young age and attended Fayetteville Technical Community College, where she graduated with her degree in 2018. She has an adorable baby boy, 4 dogs ranging in size from tiny to medium, and has been married to her husband Tyler for over 10 years. She enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, listening to music and catching up on a good television series when time allows. Alex educates her patients about their overall health by explaining the science behind gum and periodontal disease. She is known for bringing her patients to laughs while making them feel comfortable during their cleanings and while receiving important dental education. Alex is bi-lingual and helps us all with our Spanish!
Danielle is originally from Richmond, Virginia. She moved back to North Carolina in 2017 after a 10 year hiatus from the East Coast due to traveling / living in Germany, Texas & New Mexico. She has been a Certified Dental Assistant since 2010 and has been working in the dental field since 2006. She has two dogs, Piper and Juan that keep her laughing! She also loves painting, running, yoga, being creative and spending time with her family and closest friends. What she loves most about dentistry is working face to face with patients and helping them understand the importance of dental health through education and thorough explanations.

My family and I have always received excellent care by Dr. Fred Ridge, Dr. Jordan Ridge and their staff. They take their time with each patient, are very Professional and address any questions or concerns you have before, during or after your visit. They are always willing to move schedules to accommodate any needs that we have if at all possible.

This dental team is really accommodating and actually listens. They answer questions humbly and do not pressure you the way other dental offices can. They also have plenty of less toxic options, which I really applaud. Both doctors seem really well informed and thoughtful about their choices for their practice. The only negative is they are not in network for Tricare, which means there's an investment to consider, though cleanings and regular care are still very affordable. I'm updating my review to mention how kid-friendly they are. Today, I came in to pick up my night guard. My husband is deployed, so I had all 4 kids and I did not receive any judgment at all. My older 2 sat in the waiting room while my younger two came in for a quick try-on. They even took us early since we'd arrived 15 min before schedule. I'm super please with Dr. Jordan and Dr. Fred's office and highly recommend them!

Dr Jordan Ridge and dental hygienist Alex were absolutely the best. Can't improve on the experience. I have already referred a friend to them. I am a nervous dental patient who has had a couple of bad dental outcomes that make my palms sweat when I sit down in a dental chair. Being cared for and listened to by the staff in Dr Ridge's office has removed the fear. My first visit was absolutely the best dental care I have ever received. Highly recommend!

This is a great dentist office. I've been a patient for years. The entire staff here is extremely friendly and professional at all times. Dr. Ridge and Leeann always make me feel comfortable when I'm in the chair. Post-Covid they used to provide me with a heated blanket due to me always being cold. Also, Leann would have her tools and water warm for me because of my extreme teeth sensitivity. This office is very family oriented and that's what I like most about this office. I would highly recommend this dentist office because the service is superior and they do an awesome job.

Dr Ridge is very professional. He explains everything he is going to do in terms that a layperson could understand. He makes recommendations of procedures that should be done and leaves the final decision up to the patient. The hygienists and office staff are fantastic. I would highly recommend this practice for dental care.
