Dr. Saul was born in Brooklyn, New York and graduated from Hofstra University with a B.S. degree in Biochemistry. He attended New York University College of Dentistry and was awarded a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and then went on to serve his country in the United States Army as a Captain in the Dental Medical Corps.
His training did not stop there. Dr. Saul went on to a two-year training program at the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey where he received certification in the treatment of TMJ and facial pain disorders.
Dr. Saul is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, a member of the American Dental Association, The New Jersey Dental Association, and the Middlesex County Dental Society. The doctor is also a student at the School of Practical Philosophy located in New York City.
Always an athlete, Dr. Saul is a long-time marathon runner and enjoys tennis and basketball. Married to his wife Jacqueline, Dr. Saul has three beautiful grandchildren with whom he loves to spend time.
Dr. David grew up in Metuchen, New Jersey and earned a B.S. degree in Biology from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He went on to attend Temple University's Kornberg School of Dentistry where he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 1990. After graduating, Dr. David performed a one year residency in the Advanced Education in General Dentistry program at Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, NewYork. Dr. David joined his father in practice in August, 1991.
Dr. David is a member of the American Dental Association, The New Jersey Dental Association, the Middlesex County Dental Society and the Somerset Study Club. He is also a student at the School of Practical Philosophy located in New York City.
Donna has been working in the dental field for over 17 years and joined Frechtman Family Dental in September of 2015. She enjoys interacting with patients and helps with all their dental needs so they have a relaxed, positive experience at the office.
Donna is married and has two children and enjoys spending time with family and friends. She loves going to the gym to take spinning classes. On the weekends Donna likes to try different restaurants, especially by the water. Some of her favorite vacation spots are the Florida Keys and Cape May, New Jersey.
Cathy has been our insurance and billing coordinator since 2007. Her priority when submitting our patients insurance claims is to ensure their benefits are maximized. Prior to joining our team, Cathy was a dental office manager for over 40 years.
Marisa grew up in NewJerseyand attended UMDNJ where she received her A.A. degree in Dental Hygiene. Our bilingual (Spanish) team member joined us in February, 2010. She truly enjoys caring for her patients and strives to ensure each one has a gentle, pleasant and educational dental experience. Her goal is to work with you to achieve optimal oral health.
Marisa plans to continue her education to attain her B.A. degree and is licensed to administer anesthesia. She is married and has a wonderful son. Marisas personal interests include reading, biking and spending time with her family and friends.
Originally from Poland, Anna emigrated to the UnitedStates20 years ago with a strong desire to help others. She attended school in Fairfield, New Jersey to achieve her goal of working within dentistry.
Clarissa joined our team in August of 2015. She has been working as a dental assistant for over two years. After attending New York University, she went on to attend Centro Escolar University's School of Dentistry in Manila, Philippines where she received her degree in Doctor of Dental Medicine in 2002. After graduating she went on to pursue a specialty in orthodontics and earned a certificate in orthodontics in 2006. After having her own dental office in the Philippines for 11 yearsshe decided to move back to New Jersey.
Having a strong background in dentistry, in-depth knowledge of dental treatment procedures and good communication skills, Clarissa is an asset to the practice in helping to provide the best dental care to patients by assisting Dr. David
Julie has been part of the Frechtman Dental family for a few years. She is from Metuchen and graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, New Jersey. Her background is in Human Resources having worked at Calvin Klein Cosmetics Company, once a part of Unilever.

Another great experience.... very timely and super friendly! In and out in less than 45 minutes for a cleaning. Samantha is always super pleasant and engaging. I highly reccomend this office!!

No wait! I saw the doctor very quickly. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hygienist (Sam) took great care of my teeth, making sure I'm comfortable and working very gently. Dr. Frechtman took his time with me to make sure he understood the purpose of my visit, and was very helpful and personable. He has a sharp eye for X-rays, too! It's hard to find a dentist like this one!

I think he's a very selfless caring dentist but doesn't pay attention to notes... I showed him whats wrong with me and he told me how wrong I was will today I am living in a much scarier life because every single dentist is ignoring me because I didn't go to dental school so he assumed I had no clue what I was talking about my big bump on my gums that he told me everyone has that... Well it's been 4 years of me living with fatigue, insulin resistance , blood pressure resistance, 2 swollen lymph nodes, hurting stomach that has me screaming in pain daily, swollen legs because of the insulin resistance and living in a wheelchair, a very bad tasting medal and sour taste 24/7, daily headaches with daily sore throats... Picture having a headache 900 days straight? It's very overwhelming!! All of those symptoms are periodontal abscess symptoms and its from pain management meds because what I am going through now, I went through 2015-2019 and it was fixed only when my primary dentist tried to fix a fill in for I wouldn't need a route canal... So I been studying it for the past 4 years since everyone ignores me and I know no dentist wants to believe me but it's why I'm missing 3 teeth, it doesn't look like I have periodontal disease but prescription pain meds does give periodontal abscesses... It's a study no dentist knows about but this is my second time dealing with the same exact 9 symptoms... I needed to have surgery last year around Thanksgiving at JFK, a JFK dentist told me there's plenty of calculus behind my very painful gum bump and I don't even know what calculus is?... I been living in a nightmare for 4 years twice, being ignored is the worst feeling.... Dr. Frenchtman is a very loving, selfless human being and his office staff you will find no one better then Mrs. A but my life is basically done because the abcess symptoms are only getting worse and if I stopped taking my vitamins, my blood pressure would be 160 over 100 w 98 pulse

Dr. Frechtman is a very professional and experienced dentist. He always finds the best solution about treatment and gently takes care of all my family's teeth. The office staff also are very polite, caring, and helpful with all insurance questions. They are ready to explain all the nuances at anytime.
