Dr. Casey Frazier established her pediatric dental practice in Huntsville, Tx in 1996. She originally grew up in Huffman, Texas, a small rural town outside of Houston. After graduating from high school, Dr. Frazier attended Stephen F. Austin University and then the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, where she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1994. Immediately following dental school, Dr. Frazier entered her two year pediatric dental residency with the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston and Hermann Hospital, where she received her certificate in pediatric dentistry in 1996. Dr. Fraziers intense training in both clinical and hospital settings allowed her to truly acquire the knowledge and skills that are required to meet the needs of the children of Huntsville and the surrounding areas.
Dr. Frazier is board certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. In order to achieve the board certification process, Dr. Frazier had to pass an extensive board exam and presentation of board cases to a panel of pediatric dental peers from around the country. She is also very active in organized dentistry and feels that being aware of all current issues and standards is of utmost importance. In order to stay on the cutting edge of pediatric dentistry and stay abreast of the newest materials and procedures, Frazier attends multiple CE courses per year and is currently a member of the following organizations:
During the process of completing her degree, Dr. Frazier was awarded several awards, including the Alumni Association Clinic Award, The University of Texas Paul McFarland Resident Award, and the ASDC Award for the University of Texas. Dr. Frazier has recently been awarded the Americas Top Dentist Award for both 2007 and 2009, and has also been listed in The TEXAS MONTHLY Super Top Dentist Issue for 2009.
As a mother herself, Dr. Frazier lives by the philosophy that every child deserves the highest quality dental care and a positive fun dental experience. She realizes that the experiences of a child today build a lifelong foundation for their attitude towards dentistry as an adult. Dr. Frazier counts the opportunity to treat the dental needs of the children of Huntsville and the surrounding areas as a true blessing and a privilege. She also feels the opportunity to educate the families about the importance of dental health is just as important as the treatment and to that end, Dr. Frazier and her team take time out of their personal schedules to teach and educate approximately 3000 school children per year on the different aspects of dental health. Most of these children are also screened to detect for dental decay.
Dr. Frazier has been married to her husband, Aaron, for 22 years, and they have two boys, AJ and Carson. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Frazier is very active in her boys schools having served on the PTO, PTA, homeroom mom and baseball team mom. In addition, Dr. Frazier is very active in her church, regularly teaching her boys Bible Classes. Her hobbies include watching her boys play select baseball, watching the Astros and Longhorns, playing tennis and traveling with her family. She currently teaches at UT Dental School Houston.
Olivia the Octopus is the office mascot. She enjoys teaching children how to take care of their teeth. When she is not in the office she is out and about helping with fun-filled educational programs all over Walker County and the surrounding areas. Olivia is always happy and will make your little ones happy too!!!
The Tooth Fairy is really the Tooth Fairys helper. She loves to teach children about healthy eating habits and gives little hints on how they can get money under their pillow. Our Tooth Fairy helper also enjoys helping with fun-filled educational programs. She loves giving away fairy tooth boxes to help the kiddos have something fun to place their teeth in when they loose them!

Dr. Frazier was my dentist since I was a baby! Their office had to reluctantly kick me out after I began college since I was over the age limit for their equipment lmao. My daughter is 19 months old and has been there twice because of how great my experience was as a child. They were always so patient and caring and made extra care to ensure we were comfortable and not nervous. I always loved going to play the games in the lobby, and there is always a kid friendly movie playing that the kids get to watch while they get their teeth cleaned. Even after so many years of being in this business Dr. Frazier and her staff still have so much excitement and love for what they do, and they truly care about each and every patient and make you feel like a family member while you are there. Finding a dentist for your kid can be a scary task, but choosing this team is the best decision I could have ever made for my daughter's dental health. Thank you Dr. Frazier and your team for all that you do!!!

Dr. Frazier and her staff are amazing!! All my children are patients of hers and absolutely love her and look forward to every visit. I would not take my children anywhere else. They take the time to explain any procedure recommended and give the opportunity to ask any and all questions and address any concerns. Thank you Dr. Frazier and staff !

Everyone was absolutely amazing! They were so kind, patient, explained everything they were doing, looking at, etc. in detail and gave both of our kids the sweetest little prizes at the end. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and are actually looking forward to our next Dentist's visit

Maybe I'm the only one but we did not have a good experience and would not recommend... In terms of friendliness, yes they are nice people, but I felt we were pressured into and overcharged for services that were not needed. Was given a quote for work that was over double (in price and "necessary" procedures) what another trusted Pediatric Dentist ordered. My son who is 8 and has been to dentists many times asked not to go back, which means something to me too.

Not only do I work for Dr Frazier yet my daughter is a patient and LOVES going to the dentist. She loves being able to go to school and share her knowledge of brushing and flossing along with her own personal experiences with treatment she has had. Unfortunately she has had facial traumas as most young children do and still can walk away with a smile thanks to the amazing assistants that assist with Dr. Frazier.

My children have been patients with Dr. Frazier since they were toddlers and I have loved her work since then. She's very patient, informative, and helpful when it comes to dental work. She treats you like family and so does her staff. I would recommend any parent to being their children to her.

10/08/18: We got a bad vibe from Dr Frazier because she just starts explaining things very quickly and saying everything is based on studies. Well, I understand rushing through patients but then she booked our 2 year old for some major work just a couple days after he turns 3. This is because she can't do major work like that on a 2 yr old and she would have to give him sleepy juice but not actually knock him out. She pointed out our son had 2 cavities but he never complained about them before, we just wanted to get him checked up on. We felt something was off so we got a second opinion and this different doctor said she would NOT recommend major work because of a) his age and b) the cavities were still very small. She also explained things very calmly, not rushing us into anything. With this news we were relieved to have another opinion but also angry that Dr Frazier would not think twice about booking our son for almost $1k worth of major work for something that isn't even serious. To me this sounds crooked if not unethical and I will be telling everyone I know to stay FAR away! 01/21/2020 Update: My aforementioned son is now 4 and goes to great dentists in College Station. They also have confirmed he does not need major work to remove cavities. They are still so tiny it is pointless. He still does not complain of pain. I still am just baffled that Dr. Frazier is okay with performing major work on children just for profit. So crooked!!!

We have always used Dr. Frazier and did not have any issues HOWEVER I took my son in to have 2 fillings. We had to knock him out. As we are going over paperwork, I am told I CANNOT COME BACK. My son is 4. This the dumbest thing I have ever heard of!

Great Staff! My baby hated going to the dentist till she meet Dr. Frazier and her staff. Now my baby thinks this is the greatest place.
