Dr. Frazier was born in 1984 and grew up just outside of Mt. Vernon, IL. He graduated from Mt. Vernon Township High School in 2002. He then attended Rend Lake College where he received two associates degrees. He received a Bachelors Degree from Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville in 2007. He majored in Biology, with a specialization in Medical Science and a minor in Chemistry. He attended Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine from 2007-2011, earning his Doctorate in Dental Medicine Degree.
Dr. Frazier practiced General Dentistry in Southern Illinois from 2011-2013. During his time as a General Dentist he decided that he wanted to specialize in Endodontics. In 2013, he was accepted into Saint Louis University's Endodontic residency and began the two year post graduate program. He graduated in 2015 with a Certificate in Endodontics as well as a Master's Degree in Endodontics.
Dr. Frazier has been on staff at Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine since 2014 and is an adjunct assistant professor at Saint Louis University.He now spends time one day / month teaching the Saint Louis University residents and Southern Illinois University dental students in a clinical setting, overseeing patient care. He is President of the St. Clair Dental Society and a member of the ISDS, ADA, and AAE.He enjoys giving presentations and mentoring students who are interested in dentistry or endodontics. He also attends several meeting and conferences each year to stay current and continue his education.
Dr. Frazier worked at Applebee's from 2003-2008, where he met his wife Cindy (who worked there as well). They now have four young children and live in Lebanon, IL. If he is not at work, Dr. Frazier is spending time with his family. His hobbies include playing cards, reading, anything outdoors, and restoring/collecting 80s arcades games and 90s pinball machines.

Very empathetic and helpful during a difficult time for my child who suffered a sports injury. Dr. Frazier and team were able to get my daughter in promptly and were kind and informative to both of us through out her treatment. We are grateful they were able to help during a scary and stressful time!

I'm would say this was my best dental experience ever. Barring the shots which everyone hates. The root canal procedure was quick. Dr. Frazier is super nice and explains everything. His staff is super nice. Everyone goes out of there way to make your visit pleasant. Thanks. Hope I never seen you again

Very impressed. I was super anxious about my first root canal but Dr. Frazier and his assistant Amber put me at complete ease. It was honestly less painful than a dental cleaning. Highly recommend this team for root canals!!

Best dental experience of my life! Who knew getting dental work didn't HAVE to suck?! I was super nervous about my first root canal, but I read reviews and did my research, and once there, I have never been more at ease at a dental appointment. Dr. Frazier is funny and awesome. I kinda wanted to stay and hang out with everyone, lol. I'm so grateful my primary dentist referred me here, I will be recommending them to everyone forever.

After 3 root canals and a consult on a possible fourth done by Dr. Frazier, I will never go anywhere else! Dr. Frazier and his staff are so friendly and professional. I appreciate his honest opinion and compassionate care. 10 stars out 5.

Dr. Frazier and his staff are amazing. I'm personally not too much of a fan when it comes to dentists, endodontists etc. but I honestly was always super calm and relaxed. During my root canal I didn't feel any pain or discomfort, I was explained every step and after the procedure I always given instructions and numbers to call in case of pain or further questions. I would always recommend Frazier endodontists in a heartbeat.

Dr. Frazier and his staff are amazing! First they got me in much earlier than anticipated which was much appreciated considering the pain I was in. Next, I was super anxious about the root canal but the staff and the doctor made me feel relaxed and the procedure was quick and painless! This was the best experience with getting my teeth worked on ever. The staff and Dr Frazier were so nice, professional, and personable. I had a better experience from my root canal than I do by getting my teeth cleaned at my family dentist. I got to layy back, watch a movie on Netflix, and didn't feel a thing. I highly recommend Dr Frazier and would definitely go back if need be. Thanks Dr Frazier and staff!
