Dr. Kesari is part of a Chester County tradition of dental comfort & care. She has dedicated her professional career to providing you with the best that dentistry has to offer. Dr. Kesari is a 1992 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. She has received the International Dentist Award for academic & clinical excellence from the University of Pennsylvania & is also a fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry.
In her continuing education, Dr. Kesari has completed courses in implant dentistry, advanced root canal treatments & cosmetic dentistry, which includes aesthetic veneers, bonding & porcelain crowns. She is a valued member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry & the Academy of General Dentistry.

They fit me in for a toothache I was having. I was also having issues with a crown moving and now impacting my bite. The dentist banged the metal tool like my mouth was a tambourine, and then proceeded to tell me nothing was wrong. I also didn't love the setup the chairs are very exposed to everyone walking through. I am not sure how their routine care would be.

Best Dental practice in the area. The staff is friendly and focused to getting things done right. The dentists spend a lot of time with the patients and I never felt like I was being rushed. The attention to detail and thorough explanations make for a great experience. I recommend the practice to everyone I know.

Very welcoming staff. Made my first visit probably the best experience in a dental office. Even played music I enjoy while working on my teeth. Thank you guys for your great service. I will definitely be attending your office for my dental care.

Went for a consult which was fine, but would not return for work to be done as office seemed dirty and not very hygienic at all.

I have waited for 40 minutes just for the doctor to come and check up ! My appointment time was all ruined and none have addressed the issue why it is delayed . Not all friendly and helpful ! Don't recommend at all

The place has a clean and pleasant atmosphere. The staff is always friendly and quite capable in their respective duties. And Dr.Kesari is excellent. She is super smart and knows her way around a mouth! Keep up the nice job Frazer Dental

Dr. Kesari and her staff are amazing! I found them through Zoc doc a year ago and I am so glad I did. Honestly, I don't know how anyone could have a single negative thing to say about them. I have routinely been driving 45 minutes from Philadelphia just to come back. They're that good! I have had extensive work done with root canals and crowns. All of which went so fast and pain free. They even have a machine that makes the crown in front of you in the office. Overall, I cannot recommend them enough. Everyone from the front desk to the hygienists to Dr. Kesari have been awesome. Try them out you will not be disappointed!

Not the worse place in the world, but if you eat fast-food 24/7 and never had quality food so it might be ok for you with this doctor. The office staff are very nice, polite and friendly but the doctor. She act like a boss and do not really care about patient and result. The main goal for her is to get you out of the office with 100% paid in full bill. Read negative or 2-3 stars reviews. 90% positives are fake.

I have been going to Dr Kesari and Frazer Dental Care for a few years after switching dentists many times and have never found such an honest, helpful, care-centered office and staff. I have had cleanings, cavities filled, an implant, and am about to get Sure Smile (like Invisalign)...I have funky teeth, what can I say) and absolutely trust the team here. I came from serious dental anxiety and it's been appeased by the reassuring experiences I have had at FDC. Their prices are also very reasonable and they do what they can to offer and educate about options and plans.

Me and my family have been coming to Frazer Dental Care since 2003. Dr Preetha Kesari has taken wonderful care of my dental health. Dr Preetha Kesari and her staff are professionally trained , friendly and courteous. Frazer Dental Care is very well maintained. All infection control precautions and sterilization procedures are taken. Appointments are set in timely manner and always seen on time. I highly recommend Frazer Dental Care and Dr Preetha Kesari as your family/friends dentist.

Excellent service!!! I hadn't been to a dentist for a long time so I had my deep cleaning done followed by a regular follow up cleaning. Clean facility that follows protocols. Jamie is an excellent and knowledgeable professional and helped me understand from get go what to expect and follow up needed on my part to keep my gums and teeth clean and healthy. Dr Preetha Kesari, Jamie, and the staff at Frazer dental care are awesome. Will recommend my friends and family to get their dental care at this facility!!!

I'm so happy to have found this office. Jamie is a great hygienist! She is super smart, efficient and has a gentle touch. My last hygienist was so unapologetically rough, I dreaded going to the dentist and ultimately left. Frazer Dental has been great so far and it's nice to look forward to my appointments again!

I cannot recommend this doctor, and her office more! I called in need of a root canal on super short notice, and the staff was incredibly helpful and were able to fit me in on the same day that I called. Aurora, the receptionist was kind and considerate and answered all my many many questions with ease. Dr. Kesari was incredible. She was very kind, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I wish I could give more stars.
