Dr. Frazee was born and raised in Northwest Indiana. Through the course of his career he has realized many times that he pursued the best career choice as it combines two of his favorite things; talking to people and working with his hands!
After receiving a BA at Wabash College and a masters degree from Purdue University, both in biology, Dr. Frazee graduated from IU School of Dentistry in June 2012. Dr. Frazee is a member of the American Dental Association, Indiana Dental Association, Indianapolis District Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, and American Implant Association. He plans to pursue fellowships in both the Academy of General Dentistry and American Implant Association.
In his spare time, Dr. Frazee tries to spend as much time as possible with his family, sons Tyler and Tyson, and his wife Kristina. He also enjoys running, fishing and anything he can find to do outdoors.

Amazing place. I just moved here and needed dental work and I'm glad I chose this place, 10/10 work made sure I was numb and wasn't in pain. DR.CUMMINS helped me out so much, no longer in pain. Very friendly environment too!

I switched to this dentist because they are much closer to where I live. They truly are great, but I called to schedule an appointment only to be told they can't get me in until January 2023. That's beyond ridiculous.

Like to start by saying I would give a 5 star and really like everyone at Frazee. I switched to them from another dentist for the same reason I must switch from Frazee to someone else. Called to get an appointment because a tooth has become very sensitive that has a bridge, the only appointment I could get was for the same day but I live to far away and would not be able to make it. The next available day was a month away and that was not going to work. The lady I spoke with was very nice and said she could give me a number for another dentist that they refer to. I completely understand that a company needs to have a full schedule to remain profitable and make money, but it is cheaper to keep customers rather than acquiring new ones. One day I hope to find a dentist that leaves some time open during the week for returning customers that can't wait a month.

It's with a heavy heart I have to leave a not so good review. I was a patient of Dr Frazee ever since he got out of school. Unfortunately today when I called to get an appointment I spoke with a young girl who like most young people "early 20's". The young lady who was professional in her tone of voice but she didn't care if I came in or not. Totally lacking the customer service skills. I told her of my discomfort but that didn't seen to matter. Maybe he doesn't make room for injured patients anymore?

Highly recommend these guys - even if you have to drive a ways to get there. I've been going there for years, even after I moved away from Mooresville. Very high quality of service, friendly, and trustworthy. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Just had my second check-up with Mandy and Dr. Cummings. Everything was spotless, everyone was friendly and masked and Mandy took my temperature. Everyone is friendly and professional.

I am a cancer survivor that had extensive jaw surgery in 2009. Dr Haug has been there for me and was there as part of the team that performed a very long surgery. I am extremely thankful to him. Thanks for being in my corner.

Had my new patient cleaning today at Frazee Family Dentistry. The new building is very nice and well laid out for use. Each room has plenty of space so you don't feel cramped while having any procedure done. They even have TVs on the ceiling to keep you distracted if you need them during a procedure. My dental hygienist was amazing today as well. She was pleasant to talk with and talked me through everything she was going to do. X-rays were done being my first visit and it has been so long since going to the dentist. She was caring and making sure I was comfortable during The X-rays and the cleaning. Meeting Dr. Frazee was great! From the quick chat we had he's a nice man and easy going. Definitely would recommend this practice! My wife just scheduled her first visit based on my experience today. Looking forward to going back, which not a lot of people can say about the dentist.

Dr. Frazee has implanted both sets of my fixed dentures. I love him and his whole team. They have always made me feel comfortable when I have been nervous about these procedures. I recommend them to everyone I know. I live in New Pal and drive all the way to their location because of him and his team that is how important they are to me!

Just moved to the area, first time here, and it is the best dentist i have been to in my life. They take covid serious but made the circumstances fun and positive, had a normal cleaning done and everyone was just great and i typically hate going to the dentist.

This practice is the most professional, service-oriented dental practice...completely compassionate to their patients. The entire office consistently operates like a "well-choreographed" event. Dr. Frazee and Dr. Cummings are highly proficient yet accessible to the needs of their patient and their communication. The equipment and services are state of the art...they make it actually a pleasure to go to the dentist. In the 5+ years my family have been patients, none of us has ever had a negative experience. The entire staff is incredible--just lovely people and solid professionals.

Always had dental anxiety from a bad experience when I was younger and unfortunately didn't realize the impact of staying away from regular dental visits until problems slowly festered then quickly arose. Started with Frazee last winter and today I actually had implant surgery. They have made me feel comfortable and confident in their services, are friendly and genuine and Dr. Frazee has really helped make this process easier for someone who thought dentists should only exist in nightmares. Great office, great people, great teeth. Looking forward to continuing my implant and other dental care. Highly recommend.
