I typically don't write reviews because I am in the business where reviews can be very one sided and bad for business. However this needs to be known. We went here because of her orthodontist is in the same office. They told us our daughter had 7 cavaties and that it would be multiple visits. Also they wanted to set up a payment plan which seemed strange because we never had to do this with her original dentist (best dentist for kids) in Hatboro. By the way they really are the best. Even worse when I went to go back with my 8 year old daughter they told me parents we not permitted in the back(really) she's 8? Nope that's the rules I was told. After an hour of waiting my kid came out with gauze in her mouth and so upset and scared. Never again would I go back to that place. To top it off I went back to my dentist and they only found 1 cavity and filled it in 10 min. We also looked at the xrays and it looked like nothing was actully done except for upsetting my little girl.

Very bright and welcoming environment as soon as you walk into the waiting area. We have never waited more than 10 minutes past our scheduled visit time. My kids (3 and 6) are always so excited when going to the dentist, so they obviously handle them with great care. Highly recommend to anyone with children, especially if it is their first time.

I have had an honesty issue with this practice, if I have a real concern which needs to be explained they completely deny any responsibility towards me or my children. Very rude and absolutely would never apologize for their mistakes. I have had a lot of problems with getting my sons cavities taken care of, the cavity filling kept on falling out causing pain to my dear 5 year old. They never apologized to us about it.They were super happy when i said i needed to change my dentist.Just can't trust this behavior of no remorse over doing wrong to their customers who are children !!
