Bernard E Frantz DMD is a 1989 graduate ofUniversity of Scranton. He received his Doctorate of Medical Dentistry from Temple University School of Dentistry in 1993. He is a member of The Academy Of General Dentistry (AGD), The Pennsylvania Dental Association (PDA) and the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine (AADSM). Dr. Frantz is a participant in The LD Pankey Institute. He has been successfully treating obstructive sleep apnea with Mandibular Advancement devices since 1995.
He has lectured at The Henry Hood Sleep Symposiums at Geisinger Danville, Geisinger South and Geisinger Baltimore Drive. He has instructed other dentists on the use of over 60 different FDA approved OSA devices.

A member of the Pennsylvania Dental Association PDA), The American Dental Association (ADA), The Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) and Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU) National Dental Honor Society.
He won the Academic Achievement Award from the PSI Omega Society . Dr Frantz is a past participant in The LD Pankey Institute. Dr Frantz is a member of The Luzerne County Dental Society and was a past board member.
